Hit-And-Run.

Function: Engineering / Demolitions, Recon.

Story: Metroplex's second in command. He's the go-to-guy when it comes to Autobot City's inner workings and knowing exactly which pins to pull to royally mess up Trypticon's critical connections.

He's so small he doesn't even register as a potential threat to most Predacons or Decepticons as his talents lie in, "the bigger they are, the harder they fall" sneak attacks.

Of all the autobots, he's the one guy that knows better than Hoist, Rachet and Grapple put together how to approach, sabotage and (somewhat successfully) escape demolitions assignments.

He's quick and can handle gingerly-handled tasks upto picking a flea off a dog's tail, but he's slow to get out of situations about to explode as he's a bit of a perfectionist. He can cloak and uses an energon slingshot to annoy his targets into realizing he's luring them into a humiliating breakdown as they can't transform and escape or they lose an arm holding their weapon and get slagged in the process or their energon pile or space-bridge explodes while they're busy fending off much larger transformers.
