Med-Bay
Zero watched as Broadside left Orpheus and himself standing just beyond the door. Then a familiar voice grabbed his attention. Minerva looked annoyed as she questioned the damaged door. Thankfully Archangel had an explanation for her. A lot was happening and Zero felt like a leaf blowing in the wind. He had heard snippets of info but was involved in none of the action. He looked back at Minerva.
“I’m sorry Minerva, If I could have stopped him from damaging the door I would have but …. Slag isn’t a chatty kind of mech.”

Springer limped his way into the Med-bay. He stopped as Minerva questioned him, he had actually expected a lecture from her.
“Yes, in fact I enjoy your company Minerva and I just had to find and excuse to return.”
He grinned, he knew it would fluster her, and she was right, he spent too much time in med-bay. The triplechanger looked over at Archangel.
“Arch you think you could do a quick patch job so I can get over to Prowl. “
Without waiting for the medic’s reply Springer contacted Prowl.
>>Prowl, I’m in Med-bay. As soon as they get me fixed up, I wanna chat with you.<<
Springer hoped to give him an insight on the six mode con. From what he saw there were some similarities with how the con transformed and how Springer did. Perhaps maybe they had similar weaknesses?

Ark – 13
Sureshot had been slightly curious when they touched down in Nova Cronum. His optics followed the movements of his fellow team mates. Resting on Preceptor as the other bot requested a report. Punching a few buttons and looking over the screens Sureshot smiled then spoke to the scientist.
“All systems are green. Though in close range I think we might over do it. There’s a lot of kick behind what we’ve got here. Maybe having the Aerialbots as an escort isn’t such a bad idea.”

OOC: I'm going to assume everyone is on the ship or in the progress of getting on it.

Autobase Nu – Hangar Bay

Grimlock walked into the hangar bay and, sparing only a brief glance at Ark-13, boarded the Dauntless. He assumed the other vessel was bound for the mudball that he had just gotten off of. He had no desire to go back to that water soaked world, not to mention the many annoying little hairy creatures inhabiting it.

Dauntless – Bridge

Grimlock stalked onto the bridge and took the command chair. “Swoop, get us out of here, top speed. No wait for permission to leave, just go. Been sitting here doing nothing for too long. Still have war to fight out there.” They had wasted far too much time sitting around here in Nova Cronum. The war had been going badly when he had returned and he hadn’t gotten the chance to turn it around. Things had probably gotten even worse while they waited here. He needed to get back on the field to show the Autobots what victory looked like again.

Autobase Nu - Landing Pad

"Me Slag no need you Kup to show me Slag nuthin!" The Dynobot flamethrower proclaimed as the doors opened. He released Smokescreen and Ironhide from his 'comradeship crush', as otherwise him and Snarl would likely have gotten stuck in the doorframe. They really did need to make those bigger here.
"That your excuse for being late Kup? Too busy teaching nurses and beat-cops in this rusthole how to shoot straiWHAT THAT??!!?" Slag suddenly noticed the massive bulk of the Ark, sitting almost on top of their suddenly puny-looking shuttle. This was a new thing. Slag didn't like new things that much.

Ark-13

"Well, I suppose the Aerialbots could fly escort until we reach low orbit," Perceptor mused, "but we would need to get them all here first." He nodded at Skydive as he said this, hoping that this requirement would soon be met.
But why am I having to consider this? Surely this is the purview of the Commander and the Executive Officer. Ultra Magnus is currently engaged, so...
It finally hit Perceptor. He was the highest-ranking Autobot currently aboard the Ark, making him second in command!
Oh dear.
"Er, greetings, Skydive. We are, hrm, I suppose you should be briefed, as long as you note that we are operating on the highest security level and you should communicate as little as possible with those not involved in the mission. Actually, we should wait for the rest of the Aerialbots to arrive. Actually, by then Ultra Magnus should have returned and he should be better at this breifing than I. Actually...never mind, please just take a seat."
Well, my first command position in vorns is going phenomenonally so far.

Shuttle Dauntless

"You got it Boss! Everybody hold on to their moving parts!"

This was what Swoop had been waiting for. The team was back together. The engines were hot. And Grim had actually ordered 'full speed'.

That was a potentially frightening prospect with Swoop at the helm.

Taking the Big Bot at his word, the pilot opened the shuttle's thrusters to full burn. With a tremendous shudder, the ship rocketed away from the ground like a missile. Swoop already had their heading plotted. By the time the Dauntless had leveled off, Autobase Nu was just a dot fading into the horizon.

Autobase Nu ~ Hangar

As Skydive headed for the Ark, Ultra Magnus had little time to resume his movement before he was addressed by first Wheeljack, then Broadside, the former apologising for the small contraption he was holding bumping into the City Commander's shoulder "Nothing to apologise for Wheeljack, I'm just glad that this seems to be one of your more... safer inventions.." Magnus joked, knowing full well what the inventor was capable of, his armor being one of many superb creations to have emerged from Wheeljack's workshop, along with many other... less successful attempts "..I'm sure you'll work out whatever kinks your latest creation may have, but right now I think it's be in your best interests to make your way back onboard the Dauntless, before Grimlock leaves you behind" Magnus nodded behind Wheeljack at the shuttle firing it's engines up in preparation to depart.

Turning to face Broadside, Magnus smiled and greeted the bulky Wrecker warmly "I did indeed Broadside, I'm afraid time is short at the moment, please make your way onboard the Ark, I'll brief you and the Aerialbots fully once we depart Nova Cronum. Right now I need to find Silverbolt and get him back here, as well as clear things with Prowl, so if you'll excuse me" The City Commander nodded as he turned and began striding out of the hangar, passing Slingshot on his way in. The VTOL jet had finally finished his humanitarian duties by delivering Springer to the Medbay, and had made his way straight to the Hangar "Huh, no Air Raid, guess he's not so fast after all" He thought to himself smugly as he scanned the huge Hangar and saw none of his fellow Aerialbots, only Broadside.

As he walked up towards the Wrecker, Slingshot nodded in greeting, before continuing onwards towards the boarding ramp of the Ark 13, even he was highly curious about the nature of this mission, going offworld wasn't exactly something that happened every orn, then again, neither was boarding an Ark class vessel.

-----------------------------------------
Autobase Nu ~ Hallways

He still didn't feel comfortable leaving things so quickly, but Inferno didn't have much choice as time was pressing. Leaving as urgent a message as he could regarding Drillbit, the newly arrived Mech, the S&R Specialist had to dash out of the Command Center after his fellow LSC members. It didn't take long to catch up with them, Smokescreen and Ironhide now realeased from Slag's hold and now moving under their own power, and as he began walking alongside them, he heard the gruff old voice of the missing member of the LSC from behind them all. As he caught the elbow in the midsection, and the jovial words, Inferno grinned back before replying "Well, we did try Kup, only problem is, we couldn't find any femmes old enough to accompany you" The Fire Truck laughed aloud before dashing off ahead of the others into the hanagar bay and onto the Dauntless.

-----------------------------------------------
Autobase Nu ~ Medbay

Grinning as Springer spoke to Minerva, Archangel nodded and gestured for the Wrecker Commander to take a seat on one of the tables while he began to contact Prowl. As he began to take a look at the variety of injuries , the young Medic looked up and back to the entrance "Hey Orph, Sub-Zero, give Topspin a hand into the Medbay, I'll take a look at him once I'm done here" Archangel requested, before looking back to Springer. It looked as though he had suffered a similar injury that the Medic had recieved at the hands of Clench earlier, though due to the Wrecker's superior armor, not as serious.

"If you're in that much of a hurry Springer, I'll do the barest of patch up jobs and get you on your way, just so long as you make sure you come back down here once you're done talking with Prowl..." Archangel said as he began work on the damage "..If you don't come back down, I'll come and find you, drag you back down here by your rotors, and proceed to swap them with your arms, ok?" The Medic said, the smile on his face indicating that he was joking, but the glint in his optics suggesting otherwise.

Silverbolt entered the Command Center. He was able to observe quite a bit of happenings in the hallways with Grimlock and some of the other Dynobots. There were a couple of others with them that reminded him of the old days of the LSC. He then sees Prowl standing there. Before he spoke to Prowl, Silverbolt walked over to one of the consoles and quickly inputted his report of the incident.

"Commander Prowl, I'm here to give my report on what my Aerialbots saw of the Con that Kup and his group fought. Speaking of Kup, he was going to meet me here to give his side of it. Do you mind me asking what the Dynobots were in here for besides giving every single mech in here a headache from their destructive nature?"

Windcharger smiled as the Aerialbots and Broadside started to show up. It meant that they would soon be on their way. They just needed to wait for Silverbolt to arrive, then Ultra Magnus would be back and they'd be ready to go. He turned back to the controls and decided he needed to be more familiar with them. Working the deactivated throttle back and forth, he took note of the weight of it and figured how he'd pull back to get a nice smooth landing the next time. He then worked the cotrol yoke to make sure he didn't cause any lurching movements as they flew. This flight was going to be as smooth as a protoforms bottom.

Brimming with confidence, he could see that Perceptor was getting flustered talking to Skydive. Normally the scientist had no trouble stringing words together, most of which Windcharger had trouble following. Now, it seemed that Perceptor was struggling to put together a coherent statement. Windcharger leaned in toward Perceptor and whispered to him.

"Hey, are you okay? Ravage got your vocal synthesizer?"

En Route to the Tygus Span

Dropping down from cruising altitude to a much lower approach, Dunehopper throttled back his power plant so that he was just a touch over Mach one. This sort of flight was his forte: thirteen hundred kilometers per hour at just a few dozen meters above the terrain features. The golden Seeker let out a cheery whoop as he leveled off, jetting over the metallic formations and gullies of this part of Nova Cronum. He soon saw the Decepticons' target on the edge of his scanners.

The Autobots will probably pick us up very, very soon, he thought. But it won't matter. We're taking down the span no matter who comes to try and stop us!

Maintaining radio discipline, he rocketed toward the Span. Soon it would be in range, and it would be time for Dunehopper to unleash his lethal payload.

Ark-13 - Bridge

As Perceptor stuttered, stammered, fumbled, and then finally offered him a seat, Skydive simply tried to give the scientist a good-natured smile and then sat down. While some of the Autobots were very much built for militaristic ends, some were not. Skydive was one who had been designed for combat and military thinking, and so concepts such as the chain of command and sharp discipline were a part of his nature. He took to leadership and being lead as easily as he took to the air. Some Autobots were designed with more peaceful purposes in mind, and Perceptor was certainly one of them. The scientist was more comfortable performing research than giving orders and briefings. Skydive could appreciate that; each Autobot had his part to play, and his own strengths and weaknesses.

"The other Aerialbots should be on board shortly," he said. "We had a run-in with a strange Decepticon before coming here, but by the time we arrived the battle was over. I'm sure Ultra Magnus will fill us in on the mission once he's here," he added, trying to reassure the uncomfortable Perceptor.

The Dauntless

"Ha! I couldn't agree with you more!" Ironhide agreed loudly with Kup as they entered the Dauntless. "So what was it that kept you for so long? Your hinges going stiff in yourold age?" Ironhide asked Kup, throwing in his own jibe about their ages.

Slude sat in a corner of the Dauntless, looking at the now assembled LSC, he looked in particular at Kup, with a mixture of happiness and confusion. "Me thought you Kup would have rusted away by now!" He exclaimed. "But me glad you not. Me need someone slower than me for 'Cons to shoot at!" Sludge continued, despite his remarks, Sludge really was pleased to see the old timer, it had been too long since he'd heard one of Kup's stories, and by now, Sludge was sure Kup had plenty of new tales to tell. The thoughts of which sent Sludge's mind racing with excitement.

The Dauntless

As the shuttle blasted forward cliffjumper stood on the boarding ramp bracing himself against the hydralic struts holding the ramp in place. He Watched as the Ark-13 grew smaller. Part of him wished he was on that ship rocketing on some new adventure. but a bigger part was glad the Dauntless was hopefully rocketing off on some decepticon skidplate kicking romp.

He hit the button that raised himself and the boarding ramp both up into the shuttles belly. He then joined his fellow autobots, sat down and strapped in, After all Swoop was flying

Hangar bay

"Heh you wish Slingshot," Air Raid said as he walked down the Ark-13's Boarding ramp. He then Crossed his arms," So, What took you so long?"

Before Snarl was able to take his seat, the ship launched into the skies of Nova Cronum at full speed. The sudden shudder and acceleration sent the thorny-tailed Dinobot flying backwards, landing with a loud thud on the floor. Snarl lifted his head up and looked towards the bridge and shouted, “Fraggit, Swoop! Me, Snarl, not in seat yet!” Once the shuttle had leveled off, Snarl picked himself up off the floor. Rubbing his metal aft, Snarl finally found a seat and strapped himself in. Peering down the short passageway to the bridge, Snarl growled, “Next time, Swoop, try waiting few astroseconds til everyone seated! Okay?”

Shuttle Dauntless

The apparent ability of Autobase Nu to grow new starship-sized pieces was forgotten as Slag reclaimed his seat on the Bridge, as no-one had told him not to. As far as he was concerned, the whole ordeal was past him, and could be forgotten until he needed something unpleasant to grumble about at a later stage. It wasn't like he would have problems finding other things to be angry about though.
Then the acceleration hit. Slag had been halfway to interjecting in Sludge's commentary of Kup, when he suddenly found himself on his aft on the floor, framed by the door to the passenger compartment.
This would do.
"Grrrgh!! You....Swoop...Crazy-aft...Door not even closed properly!!"

Ark-13 - Bridge

"Er...thank you Skydive, Windcharger. I was merely calculating our current command arrangement, and how to integrate everyone into a coherent team as rapidly as time permits." Perceptor tried to present a more confident posture, which mostly appeared that his back joints had seized up. "The protocol is clear: Ultra Magnus is overall mission commander as per Optimus Primes orders, followed by Silverbolt as he is of equal rank level. I will be third in command, and I would foresee that I shall be in overall supervision of non-combat activities. Yes. Thus, I will remain in command of our current activities until such time as one of those should return. And our current activities are...hold position and maintain perimeter. Yes."
I hope I'm maintaining the adequate levels of respect required for this command. Some of there mechs have a reputation for...ill-advised independent action.
"Skydive, Air Raid, Slingshot, would any of you be trained in the use of large-scale sensor facilities? It seems to be one of our currently unfilled bridge positions, and at the moment our level of relevant sensory output is military unacceptable."

‘Glad to see you made it’ Smokescreen said to Inferno as the mech dashed onto the shuttle, astroseconds before the engines roared to life. As the shuttle began to move Smokescreen felt a wave of excitement, although he betrayed none of it with his features, everything was ready. Now, at last they could hit back at the Decepticons and hopefully turn the momentum of the war back in the Autobots favor.

Autobase Nu - Medbay

‘Well I’ve seen worse.’ Minerva concluded as she finished Nova Strike’s diagnostic. Grabbing a fusion cutter, she carefully began to peel away the layers of damaged armour to get a look and the circuitry beneath. Slowly but surely she worked, leaving nothing to chance, carefully disposing of each piece of damaged armour.
‘How did this happen?’ Minerva asked her patient in an attempt to get distract him from her work and to get him talking, truth be told the mech had barely said a word since he entered the room.

Strike Team - En Route to the Tygus Span

As Dirge's squadron trailed behind Rapture and her three wingmechs, there were conflicting processes among the conheaded warriors.

That glitch! Since when was Dunehopper supposed to take lead! That wasn't part of the plan! She'll be the death of all seekers if not for Starscream.

"Ramjet, keep in formation and don't collide with any support beams. Even if you could survive the impact your ability to fly would not. Thrust, if I so much as hear a decibel over your output spec for mach 1.5 I'll... Well, you do not want to find out." Dirge mandated. His assertions of control kept him focus for the mission at hand.

The red winged warrior had other thoughts...

Just cause Rapture put a damper on his death tune biddy don't mean he's got to ruin it for the rest of us! I better play along at least so he doesn't get his gears in a grind again. We might need a plan for packing more punch in our assault run and his processor benefits from his being so slaggin' bossy.

"Understood Dirge." Ramjet grunted over the com line as he began psyching himself up for the air strike to come.

Thrust was surprising silent for most of the flight, only giving an acknowledge to his navy blue leader. The conheaded trio shadowed the movements of the lead strike team into Nova Cronum.

Strike Team - En Route to the Tygus Span

The Stealth seeker allowed his hull to fade away into nothingness, at the same time activating his scanners and preparing all weapons systems. Unseen by even his own team mates, Ghost took up a position half a kilometer in front of the wing as he had been ordered to do. His anger towards Rapture had faded as the two teams neared their destination. He took note of Dunehopper’s new assignment and maneuvered to stay out of the blockhead’s way. As soon as he picked up any unfriendly signatures he would alert the others and open fire. Hopefully taking Autobot’s the focus off the mission and turning to his decoy.

~The bots will certainly have a hard time with this one.~ Any autobots that came in contact with his strife would have a pitt of a time trying to figure out where the fire was even coming from, especially since he planned to come at them repeatedly from different approaches.

Ghost spoke to his unseen advisor as he jetted ahead. He was one of the faster seekers and decided to mention it to the phantom mech.

“Hope you can keep up.”

Autobase Nu - Command Center

Prowl monitored the Dauntless' take off with quiet exasperation. He supposed the best they could hope was that Grimlock and his cohort wouldn't accidentally crash into anything in their reckless, headlong rush to get . . . wherever it was they were going. Slender hope that it was.

With a rueful shake of his head at the fundamental lack of logic of some mechs, the analyst took a moment to acknowledge the triplechanger's transmission. >>I'll be in the Command Center when you're ready, Springer.<< With Kup now gallavanting around Cybertron's hinterlands with the LSC, the leader of the Wreckers was now the second highest ranking Autobot assigned to Nova Cronum. Primus help him.

Mechpower shortages were going to be a problem across the board, if current trends continued. Half his staff had been assigned to Ultra Magnus, including the larger part of his aerial reconnaissance and scouting capabilities. Prowl would find a way to manage, though; he always did, no matter how daunting the energy and personnel shortfalls became. Either way, though, he was going to have to receive Aerialbot Commander's report quickly.

"Silverbolt, log your combat report with the base archive. It'll be quicker than a verbal summary. We'll have to forego any specific questions I might have." A fact that Prowl found inconvenient and potentially dangerous, but unavoidable given the orders that had recently come through. "Once that's done, you're needed at the Ark-13."

(OOC: I'm npcing Dunehopper for this round, just to get things rolling.)

The Tygus Span- Nova Terminus

The Seeker Strike force came in under radar as they approached the Tygus Span. Rapture's swarm micro-missiles tied up the automated defenses, while her photon pulse cannons incinerated the offending hardware. Dunehopper led the attack run on the monolithic Autobot structure, his multi-missiles tearing into the northwest support beam. The rest of the unit followed suit, the beam beginning to crack and shudder under the overwhelming firepower.

One down.

With stealth no longer a consideration, the Seeker Subcommander broke radio silence. >>"Well done, Decepticons. But the Autobots know we're here now. Time is of the essence. Prepare for the second attack run."<< The Seekers banked sharply, lining themselves up to assault the second pylon.

Autobase Nu- Command Center

Meanwhile, a series of automated relays alerted the Autobots of Nova Cronum to the enemy presence. It was only a matter of time now before an Autobot squad was dispatched to defend the vital superhighway...

The Tygus Span - Nova Terminus

As the seekers moved in on their first strike target Thrust internally lamented over the reduction of speed and flare until the fall of the first column.

Ha, now we can stop with this slow secrecy. I've never been one for stealth, or the likes of that spectral seeker, but I know how to mute my audio box. It will be good to return to business as usual.
_____

Ramjet was almost disappointed there was no opposition yet, but he was sure they'd arrive soon enough. What caught his attention was the arsenal of the intruder squad seeker. Having been the first to target the column, it was easy for the red wing warrior to see that Dunehpper indeed had superior armourments to his own.

Well Dune is built for this kind of job. Lets see how well he dogfights.
_____

As the seekers positioned to attack the second target each Conehead readied their bombs and individual side weapons. Dirge was content with the formation and results thus far, but would be loathed to admit it.

Autobase Nu ~ Command Center

His arm was getting a bit tired, as he returned the numerous salutes given to him as he made his way to the Command Center, Ultra Magnus was glad to finally reach the veritable safety of the Hub of Autobase Nu's operations. As the doors slid open, he allowed himself a brief smile as he saw both the 'Bots he needed speak to in the same place, and covered the ground in a few large strides, coming to a halt alongside Silverbolt, the Aerialbot Commander seemingly being dismissed by Prowl.

Pulling an unassuming datapad from subspace, the City Commander approached his fellow General and greeted him with his hand outstretched "Good to see you Prowl, though I understand if the feeling isn't mutual.." Ultra Magnus half joked "..I can only apologise for dropping in uninvited and lightening your command by 6, and I do wish that I could stay and explain why I'm doing just that in person, but time is short, too short, so you'll have to make do with this datapad.." Magnus placed the pad on the console in front of Prowl, it's contents detailing the Earth mission in it's entirerity "..This should explain everything"

As he looked up once more, Magnus nodded to Prowl, before turning around and walking towards the exit "Silverbolt, you're with me, let's get going" The City Commander gestured for the Aerialbot Commander to walk with him, before opening a link to Perceptor on the Ark's bridge.

>>Perceptor, I've found Silverbolt and I'm on my way back to the Hangar now, begin preparing for take-off, I want to leave as soon as I'm onboard, Magnus out<<

--------------------------------------------
Hangar Bay ~ Ark 13

Slingshot grunted in response to Air Raid's comments as he shoved past his fellow Aerialbot onto the Ark 13 itself "Just doing my job, unlike you.." He belatedly replied "..Some of us don't have time to just stand around with our fingers up our tailpipe Air Raid" Slingshot continued, his tone laced with disgust, though with no real justification, it was just his usual manner.

As he moved further on into the huge ship, Slingshot didn't wait for a reply from Air Raid, he was looking for the bridge, where he assumed where everyone who was anyone would be. Marching in, he spotted Skydive talking with Perceptor "Huh, 2 Mech's from the same mold if I ever did see 'em" The VTOL jet thought to himself as he took a seat alongside a couple of the others assigned to the mission, Sureshot and Windcharger "You can all relax now, I'm here, and whatever it is we've got to do will be a synch" Slingshot announced to all those around him.

Ark-13 - Nu Hangar

Perceptor looked up at Slingshot as he entered the bridge of the Ark, and assumed the brash Aerialbot's declaration had been an answer to his own request. "Well, thank you Slingshot. The Sensors Console is to your left, and you have been authorised to use it. I would suggest not activating long-range active sensors, as that would act as a declaration of our location and course to any Decepticon listening posts in the area."
He then looked at his screen as Ultra Magnus called in. >>Excellent! The Ark will be primed for departure immediately sir!<< He caught himself before saluted a radio message. >>Landfill, prep engines for full flight.<< "Windcharger, enter course for orbit and departure to deep space. Skydive, could you assist Windcharger with takeoff procedures?" Perceptor didn't want to spell it out, but he hoped that with an Aerialbot at the controls, the flights would do a tad smoother.

Autobase Nu Med-bay

Zero stopped as he heard Archangel call his name.

“Well Orph, looks like we get to do the nurse thing again.”

He grinned turning on his heel he started over to Topspin.

Topspin where can I touch you without causing more damage? I’m much stronger than I look you know.”

It was true he was above average in strength but he was only trying to make light of the situation. He did not like seeing his friends hurt.

Med-Bay

Springer clambered up onto the table allowing Archangel the freedom to look over his damages and begin to work his “magic” with a sly grin the triplechanger replied.

“Oh I’ll be back, you know I just can’t get enough of Minerva’s quirks, and what better way to observe them tan to sit in med bay.”

Springer loved teasing the femme and he had been sure to speak loud enough for her to hear him. Then he spoke to Arch in a more serious tone.

“That six changer was something else. It took all of us to scare him off. Primus help us if they build more.”

Autobase Nu-Hangar Bay

Fireflight was lost in his own fantasies about what the planet could look only to be snapped out by hearing large explosions. He flew up about 15 feet just enough to get a good look of the skies. He sees where the explosion came from and what looks like to be Con Seekers. He then quickly floats back downand radios Silverbolt.

"Silverbolt, not to keep us from leaving but we got Cons hit close to The Tygus Span, Nova Terminus. I couldn't tell how many Seekers it was but we may have to postpone our little space jump to take care of these flying pests."

"I don't know if we have time for that, Fireflight. However, if they see us taking off, they may try to shoot us down. I'll put the base on alert and hopefully they can take care of things without us. Magnus wants to leave now."

Silverbolt reaches over to an intercom system and pushes a red button. Klaxons sound as Silverbolt bends over to the microphone.

"Attention all Autobots!! Nova Cronum is under attack. Prepare to counteract Seekers. I repeat, Nova Cronum is under attack. Prepare for battle."

Silverbolt looks over to Prowl.

"Looks like you going to have plenty to keep you busy. Hopefully we can leave before the Ark gets too damaged."

Silverbolt then turns down the hallway and runs towards the hangar bay. He screams at the top of his vocalizers back at Magnus.

"The Aerialbots are more than willing to escort the Ark until we hit the upper atmosphere but not sure if that would be efficient. It is your call, sir."

(OOC – Sorry for the long break, I am going to catch Devcon up with what is going on.)

In transit from Crash Site to Autobase Nu:

Devcon scanned the surrounding landscape as the wounded ‘bots were loaded up onto the fliers. Watching the others efficiently gather their comrades up and proceed to “clean up the mess” from the fight, Devcon couldn’t help but feel a touch out of place.

I need to find something useful to do.

Hesitantly giving in to his uncomfortable feelings of social awkwardness, Dev stepped back from the majority of the bustling activity. A quick optic scan behind him revealed an area of higher ground where he could keep one optic on the others and one on the look out for the enemy.

That ‘Con was something else. It seems I have been off world far too long. Technology has apparently made some impressive advances, I only hope those advances don’t put me at a huge disadvantage, he mused silently to himself as he climbed up onto a large weathered looking piece of scrap for a higher vantage point.

While he spent time dwelling in his thoughts, the others finished loading up the wounded and proceeded to return to the base. Devcon watched them leave from his makeshift lookout spot while he pondered what he should do now. He felt torn between the feeling that he should return with his fellow Autobots to the base and his intense desire to remain apart from the others.

Clenching his hand actuators unconsciously as he was standing there produced a soft click. Looking down at his hand he realized he was still holding Nova’s canisters.

I will have to return these to him, I imagine he wants them back.. or at least he will once he is repaired and realizes that he doesn’t have them on him.

Tucking the two canisters into his armor, Dev sighed and decided that he might as well head to the base. There wasn’t really anything for him to do out here at the moment anyway.

Jumping down from the scrap heap, Devcon proceeded to amble in the direction of Autobase Nu on foot.

"I'm way ahead of you Perceptor."

Windcharger had already calculated their course and was just trying estimate their time of arrival. The number of calculations required was staggering and it wasn't typically the kind of work a warrior would do, however, it kept him occupied and made him look busy.

"We're all set, just need the command to take off."
