Um not really remnber sky lynx is wave 5 their is 8 waves and the 8th wave is unknown whats its going to be
When did they say there was going to be 8 waves?
Yeah, they never said that. And you, Starsabr, are confusing between generations and Combiner Wars. It is safe to assume that there will be 4 waves of generations next year, and they already confirmed wave 1 and 2 (they are NOT using the numbers 5 and 6, they are using 2016 wave 1 and 2016 wave 2). You are assuming that 2016 wave 3 and 4 are combiner wars but that was NEVER the case. Instead, hasbro confirmed that the figures seen in the sillouette pic above are part of the remaining generations waves. Meaning that the remainder generations waves of 2016 are NOT combiner wars.
EDIT: Here is the proof that combiner wars is ending next year, this is what Hasbro wrote about what will be revealed (aka the toys in this phot):
“As the Combiner Wars wage on, the highly anticipated reveal of the next chapter in the GENERATIONS story universe will be huge. Be sure to attend for sneak peaks and behind the scenes accounts from partners including IDW, Activision, Machinima and Hasbro. The Transformers team members will also host a Q&A session to answer your burning questions.”
So you see, GENERATIONS is getting more waves, but Combiner Wars has no waves anounced past wave 2 2016. It is only logical to assume that combiner wars is thus ending with skylynx, which makes sense since they will have released every scramble city combiner that was featured in the G1 show.
