How has no one thought of that already? Good oneZeroWolf wrote:Well outside my suggestion that I've mentioned before here (takara groove = hasbro afterburner) I have no idea how takara could pull it off.

Yeah, its totally Hasbro's Menasor, I dont think they will be using purple hands and feet on the final product.
Indeed:Desslok2201 wrote:Why not? G1 Menasor had purple hands and feet.

Most likely if Blackjack is planned for Japan, he'll be released in the Transformers Adventure line like Powerglide is. He could even be redecoed as his original intended character: Runabout.

But still, the fact that he isnt seen as part of this line lets me believe that UW Menasor will sport some interesting chest deco to replace the fact that the little car isnt there. Dont know how they could pull off a G1 deco though, with all those running tubes.
They could just keep the chest doors closed since those doors already look like Menasor's chest design anyway.william-james88 wrote:JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:william-james88 wrote:Oh darn, I didnt know, thought it was just the toy. They may remold the chest plate underneath. It would work, too. New paint apps, new details, no need for Blackjack, might even be cheaper in the long run. One piece being retooled rather than an entire figure.

In case you haven't noticed, when closed Menasor's chest kinda resembles the Roller Car

Indeed. I'd like to see how it looks with Takara's paint apps all over it. However, with these kits I'm about to show you, it might not matter, because these look to fix some issues, especially with Menasor.
Menasor
Superion
The two together
Click back and forth to see all the pictures from each item's gallery, it's worth it.
