I'm leaning towards ALpha Trion. That was my first impression as well. But Sentinel Prime has been a name mentioned...it definitely has an older look and, if someone with Photoshop could recolor it, could look an awful lot like Alpha Trion. It would also gel with some of the rumors that say one of the new Autobots was Optimus Prime's "father".

I think he kinda fits Vector Prime though I'd ather him not be...

Maybe the president didn't know about this mission, or they wanted to see if there was more gadgets they could make by studying more about the Transformers, but my best guess is that it's yet another plot hole. :lol:

Can't wait to see more footage, it definitely seems to be improved from the previous movies( the only thing that looks fake is the landing only because I'm so used to the 60's footage).

I honestly don't see how he could be Alpha Trion. All he has is the mustace. Everything else looks just like G1 Sentinel Prime. It has to be a Prime, his face looks just like Optimus's! Look, they have the same nose and everything!!!

You know, it could also be Unicron, no? Obviously not at planet scale, but wouldn't put it past Bay to bring him down to scale somehow.
