I don't have all the Blitz's, but I feel the same way about T30. I stiull like him, despite the flaws.

However, I replaced the head with a 3P one. Mine just wanna turn and I didn't like how puffy it looked.

But now that it's mentioned I think I stored mine in jet mode too. When I have a chance maybe I ought to change that ...

I don't have T-30 Blizwing, but I do have T-30 Doubledealer... and it's bad. Really bad. But I just can't hate it for some strange reasons.

I won't touch Leader Blitzwing with a 10 foot pole. For me, the Titan Return remains the best so far.

Both sides of mine are fine. Check the peg and make sure there's no excess plastic or something keeping it from going in all the way.

My Minerva doesn't have those gaps, the roof pegs into the arm pretty securely on mine.

I will give Legacy Blitzwing the gauntlets, they are probably favorite part, they are goofy and that's why I love it

Same here. The first thing I did was switch them around for storage, then I remembered people saying they would get stuck, but it was already too late. I'm sure I'll mess with them at some point down the line when I'm less worried about possible breakage.

Is Legacy Metroplex any good? They keep lowering the price so I'm considering pulling the trigger but he doesn't seem very impressive. Just a folded up robot with a large accessory slapped on that does all the interesting stuff, and he's gonna take up a lot of shelf space for something that's just a "meh" :-?

He's basically a giant version of the Cybertron figure from 15 years ago. So if you've handled that, you pretty much know the Titan version. It's just taller and heavier. And doesn't come with a Mini-Con.

DNA Designs has made an upgrade kit with the Mini-Con.

Otherwise, just wait for Hasbro to make the Core class Mini-Con that they have expressed interest in making.

It is the best titan they have ever made, he is well worth the pickup. He is super posable and super fun.

ok, so I must be doing something wrong. I got Legacy Metroplex delivered yesterday, and have been messing with it today. The articulation and strong ratchets throughout are nice. However I absolutely hate, hate,... HATE the ab crunch joint. It is so loose and floppy, I cant move anything on Metroplex' upper body without him flopping forward or backward. Also, it can't even support the weight of his weapon accessory. So other than having it in a walking stick pose (where the ground supports all the weapons' weight), he cant hold it at all.

Do I just have a bad copy? Is there any way to make the ab more stable?

I'm a bit late to the blaster party but thought I'd pick up the standard version before shattered glass. i initially only disliked his sausage finger but there is quite a few more bits I don't like on him, having said that at least he isnt as hollow as some of the other TFS and I like the flipping speakers.Tthe cassette bot is still just bad but at least it came with him.

Transformers Legacy Wave 3 Deluxes found at Canadian Toysrus Stores

Postby william-james88 » Thu Nov 17, 2022 2:14 pm

Motto: "'till All Are One"
While the third wave of deluxe figures from the Transformers Legacy line were found in the US about a month ago, they finally reached Canadian stores. They were found at Toysrus stores in Ontario and Quebec, with this specific sighting here from Pointe Claire Toysrus in the Montreal area.. Sadly, this means they skipped wave 2, which was found at EB Games but never at Toysrus. Some fellow Seibertronians have mad reviews of these toys so we posted them below. You can see reviews for Point Blank and Skullgrin.

Have you seen these in your local store yet? Let us know and enjoy these reviews!

chuckdawg1999 wrote:It's nice to see an update to the classic Targetmasters of old, especially when they include their partners. Pointblank is a surprisingly complex deluxe figure whose transformation results in a very, very clean car mode that at first glance doesn't reveal robot kibble; one of the benefits of being a futuristic car. Peacemaker is a very simple partner with only two points of transformation, then again I'm just glad it wasn't another reuse of a Weaponizer. I definitely recommend Pointblank as it's nice to see later G1 represented.

chuckdawg1999 wrote:There's a lot going on here with Skullgrin, not all of it is good. The figure looks nice if not a little small, that might be due to the overly large head that looks really good. Unfortunately, the head is marred by rubber tusks that due to shipping, will probably be warped and falling off the figure out of the package. Transformation is surprisingly involved, just don't trust the instructions completely as there are a couple of unclear bits. One thing I really like is the modular play factor between the gun swords and the back cannons, yes the gun swords come warped and frankly, I don't understand why since they're packaged in tissue paper under the tray. Skullgrin is very good but it's the issues with the soft rubber tusks that make it very hard for me to recommend a purchase.
