For starter, that drill is way too small and the way it's positioned, the best it can do to a rock wall is to scratch some obscenities. In recent history, I recall "Powerdasher" Zetar from the Selects line, and "Nosecone" from the Combiner Wars Computron set (that's the CW version, not Warriors Unite). Those didn't make sense either .
