What is Hammerstrike`s altmode is going to be like? Will these animal-based Transformers have vehicle modes just like Steeeljaw does?

Yes, it seems all decepticons have animal based robot modes along with a vehicle alt mode.

Remember that Neanderthals interbred with Cro-Magnons to produce a hybrid species? In this new series, are these animal-based Transformers created by interbreeding of vehicle-based Transformers and animal-based Transformers? Does this only applied to Decepticons, or even some Autobots have them as well?

Some bots just look odd, that's it. Thunderhoof's antlers aren't any more unusual than Wheeljack's "ears", Bisk's googly eyes aren't any more strange than Shockwave's single optic, Hammerstrike being a shark isn't weirder than Laserbeak being a bird, etc.

I do hope they don't all turn into cars, those are so boring...

In all seriousness, I agree: I'm a fan of military-based Transformers, and it would break my heart if there weren't any in this series. :-(

i am ok with some Cons being miltary vehicles but not when in the last two animated series a good majority are that type >:oP

i would have some as
muscle cars or the entire Game boy Family for giggles >:oP

and whatever type of vehicle / non vehicle alt mode they (being Hasbro and Takara) choose.

We've seen in hand images of the upcoming first wave of the Transformers: Robots in Disguise Warrior class already, but Seibertron.com user leokearon has shared another couple of comparison shots and packaging views - after having spotted Grimlock, Bumblebee, Strongarm and Steeljaw at Smyths in Ireland (priced at €16.99, approx $20)! Interesting....loved the size comparisons. About the size of the standard Generations lines of the last few years in vehicle mode, but perhaps more squat in robot mode.

Still not enough is cool about the toys themselves to interest me in this line. >:oP

Strongarm is the only one I'll buy, and only because I collect fembot characters. Combiner Wars has all my money this next year.

Glad you like the size comparisons. I did them because anytime I see size comparisons they are generally of toys in the same wave, which is no good. So I picked toys that people might have or have one of the moulds of (except Quickmix, he was just handy after I got him in a comic shop in Dublin).

Since Age of Extinction's Robots in Disguise line: The One-Steps, Flip/Smash and Change, and Power Battlers had the instructions on the back of the card. Generations still had separate sheets, and it will remain that way (since Warrior Class is not part of Generations it seems).

...But the other Characters seem interesting. Bisk, HammerStrike and Underbite have lots of potential, I think. Sorry to see Steeljaw become a Decepticon, he was one of my favorite Autobot Cassettes :-B

There's already an official RiD thread, and we don't need a whole thread dedicated to negativity. There's enough of that around here already.

These are toys designed for young children. Your criticism of them is equivalent to criticizing Sesame Street toys.
