Because you're not using it right. Duh.

But why is Shockwave in core class? I know Studio Series has had it's inaccuracies here and there but to get somebody's actual size class drastically different and to not scale with anything else?
This is like that Legends Shockwave figure from Combiner Wars but this time there's nothing for this Core Shockwave to go with! Like...again why?

I popped the link between the tags though.

Huh... I still have Cybertronian Adventures for the Wii to start on.
I know some on here, such as Will, were not entirely sold on those designs. However, Shockwave in particular, is still my favourite design for him. Chiefly because they modernised him.

They probably based Core Shockwave's alt mode on Dark of the Moon's Shockwave alt mode to be fair.
Rodimus Prime wrote:So can we expect a repaint of Ratchet into Ironhide, giving us 2 different new Ironhides in the SS realm?
If Brawn's helmet closed around his mouth, he'd kinda resemble a green/yellow Juggernaut.
I was already down for Wheeljack, now I can add Brawn, Ratchet and Soundwave to the list.
The Sweep wave is already out in some places, and they only do Voyager repacks for SS within their release year. Based on everything we've seen so far, Soundwave's casemate is supposed to be either the Hot Rod repaint or Junkyard, so while it may be poetic justice that for once an SS86 figure is the thing not getting revealed, it doesn't change the fact that Hasbro is still just straight ignoring some of their own product for some reason.D-Maximal_Primal wrote:Oh and I believe Soundwave's casemate is Sweep, isn't it

Nemesis Primal wrote:-"the remaining Studio Series Wave 1 characters for 2022"

I'm aware of what figure it's gonna be, that doesn't change the fact that their statement that this is all the remaining figures in this Studio Series wave is blatantly false.william-james88 wrote:Nemesis Primal wrote:-"the remaining Studio Series Wave 1 characters for 2022"

It's because his wavemate is not part of the Bumblebee Movie subset. Initial wave breakdown says it's a Hot Rod redeco.

The designers really made those designs work in toy form!
I could see Soundwave vehicle mode being a Star Wars ship if change the color layout. Also he reminds me a bit of the gunship from the Metroid series.
