Whoa, this is looking amazing as usual! Can't wait to see it finished. Is this a complete scratchbuild or are you using something as a base?

Well autobotford, i'm currently using use a truck toy, not a model, for the alt mode. The rest of the robot is scratchbuild. :?

Amazing work. Simply beautiful. I really can't fathom how you manage such detail, especially at that scale! How long have you been working on this one? Can we see him next to your Bumblebee? I'm really knocked out by this one!
One nit pick though- that's not a COE (Cab Over Engine) truck. G1 Prime was a COE. Your's looks like it's based on Laserrod Prime/ RID Scourge. (Which happens to be a favorite of mine!)

It's looking amazing! Is that head built on a Gundam's, or is it from scratch?

It looks great, but my only nitpick would be the trailer's position. It needs to sit further up, since the fifth wheel on a semi would be (traditionally) in between the duals... It looks 'off' because there's too much space between the semi's cab & trailer...

Here, this pic'll probably explain better than I could...

Seriously, that's my only complaint! This thing looks like it's going to kick ass! Keep up the good work! :APPLAUSE:

Methusalen , the trailer can be re-posicionated, thanks for the picture.

Tom_Servo: the head is -100%- scratchbuild. -gundam inspired, also-

cheers

This is turning out really beautifully. Could you describe the materials and process that went into making that head?

Mmm... the face plate is sculpted using epoxy putty, the rest is an amalgam of putty and polyetilene -sheets- folded-n-cuted. Everything is glued, and i use some car primer for the ultimate surface covering.

Cheers

Those hands look really good, they scratch-built too? If so I'd love to know how.
