This is my first post to the forum, so I am not entirely certain if this belongs here, or in the Fan Art section.
This is a 100% non-modified Lego sculpture of Optimus Prime as he appears in the first 2 live-action Transformers movies. It was about an 8 month build, which was completed around the release of Revenge of the Fallen.
He does NOT transform. Nor is he a partsformer. His head moves on a ball joint. His shoulders are articulated, but his arms are so heavy there's no point to it. His elbows are ratchet joints. His wrists are on ball joints. Each of his fingers and phalanges moves independently. His hips are NOT articulated. His knees are on ratchet joints. And lastly, his ankles are on balls joints. However, he is so heavy and fragile, there's no real point to moving anything other than his head, and maybe his hands.
His face swaps out. There's a masked face, and an unmasked face.
He can't stand up without his display stand, which connects to his groin.
He stands roughly 23 inches tall, and is scaled to 3.75 inch GI Joe action figures.
