Profile: An Autobot soldier from his earliest days as a resistance fighter under Optimus Prime’s command. From sharing a foxhole or in the wide open battlefield, he’s experienced war like few others and it’s helped shape his character for the better.

An eternal optimist, he’s a likable and reliable mech that most are happy to consider a friend. The only problem is that over the eons, his friends have learned to take a circuitous route when he’s near. It’s something he’s never fully understood, and though it depresses him at times, he refuses to stop moving forward with whatever task he’s given. By pouring everything into his work, he’s hopeful that his efforts are enough to prove his worth.

Some of his friends have tried to tell him he’s avoided because of his lack of hygiene, but they’ve been unable to find a way that they feel wouldn’t upset him. He’s often laughed off their attempts, believing them to be joking. What they don’t know is hearing their reasons wouldn’t bother him as he hasn’t seen the need to clean up, even if directly ordered, since the darkest days of the war. He has never believed that using Surfactant and solvent were important to keeping friends close. Surely, they understand it’s impossible for a mech to stay clean in his line of work?

Abilities: In dump truck mode, he’s capable of carrying 80 tons for 1000 miles. In robot mode, he carries two weapons. One is a noiseless, recoilless proton rifle. The other is a heat-targeting stress pistol that induces metal fatigue and fractures in steel. He prefers using the latter when removing debris and uses it in combat only as a last resort.

Weaknesses: Not the fastest of mechs, Landfill is usually only in a fight if it started with him already there or if it’s gone on long enough for him to reach the battlefield. He’s often confused and concerned that his fellow Autobots avoid him, and that often depresses him and he delves deeper into his work to win to prove his worth.
