I was really surprised to see the numbers double so quickly on Giant Man, I was sure this would be a failure which would have been unfortunate since I think the price was right even without the stretch goals.

Rumors turned out to be wrong, it's the doohicky from Suburban Commando with a ghostbusters trap instead of a one to one scale Hulk Hogan.

Well that's just bull dookie right there.

But series, not surprising this thing is flying on the backers. I just happened to be on Pulse when it launched was still under 100 orders, but now an hour or so later it's at over 2,000. The first tier unlock is a little lame, but there's no doubt this is going to breeze through all of them.

As of 7:54 AM EST, it only needs 338 backers to go into production.

I am sad that it wasn't Stay Puft. I really want a 30" Stay Puft!

Never bet against Ghostbusters fans. They have deep pockets.

EDIT: And as of about 2:11 PM Eastern Time, it is funded.

Well the Next Haslab (TF Rid Omega Prime) is well on its way (Past 3500 in the first 5 hours). Something odd I noticed on Pulse's Haslab page however....

The initial Heroquest Board game (which was funded based on dollars, rather than backers) is now missing. I mean we never really understood why Cookie Monster went missing (they haven't erased record of the other non-funded items)

But the fact that this board game was successfully funded makes it even more puzzling why all reference to it is now gone.

Well, this is interesting. The newest Haslab dropped. It is a Classic scale (3 3/4) Star Wars Cantina. However there is some new "gimmicks". There are 2 versions you can back. a $400 version, and a $500 version. Also the window for this is shorter from 45 days (standard) to just 32 days. I wonder what the idea behind the shorter window was.... Since this is uncharted territory with Haslab changing things up a bit, I have no idea how this is going to go.

It's already at nearly 30% in a few hours so it's doing great. I wish it said what percent each one got. It's unique in that they're just adding something that they're already making (effectively more walls and tables and such), I don't think that could translate to too many other projects.
