I liked the episode where Optimus Prime and Rodimus Prime teamed up and beat Galvatron and the Decepticon Headmasters.

Why? The fight was pathetic, that episode killed Optimus back off for no good reason (pissing on the epic finale to Season 3) and was invalidated shortly after it came.

I didn't even finish the list when I saw that the "Cybertron is in Grave Danger" two-parter was included in a list of best Headmasters episodes.
The two-parter that follows up "Birth of the Fantastic Double Prime"'s aforementioned killing Optimus back off for no good reason by making him have to sacrifice himself to save Cybetron.. with DESTROYING CYBERTRON, thus invalidating not only that sacrifice but also invalidating all the efforts to save Cybertron (efforts from Autobots and Decepticons alike, I might add) throughout the previous seasons and the movie, being called a GOOD episode? NO.
Just, no. No, no, no, no, no. And by the way, no.
That two-parter is garbage and pisses me off a lot. That was where I stopped watching. No matter what else happened, the status quo was polluted. It's not like the stupid Masterforce episode with Mega trying to convince the world Ginrai is evil, because that was a no-impact episode whose only real purpose was to give a sneak preview of Overlord and add a few crumbs of foreshadowing of BlackZarak; that episode, much like BOT, can be excised without leaving holes.
"Cybertron Is In Grave Danger", on the other hand, was an episode of major and ill-conceived impact. That on top of "Birth of the Fantastic Double Prime" made me say "Nope, screw this series, come back when you can do the story over and actually get it right". Speaking of getting things wrong, in a case of "The continuity editor is an incompetent buffoon", in BotFDP Roddy gets referred to by Fortress as young but then after Cybertron is blown up it's suddenly Roddy who's old and Fortress who's young. And another screw up: The names for the Headmasters incarnation of Scorponok. The big, scorpion-based transtector is called MegaZarak, which would be fine and dandy if the little guy who formed its head was named Zarak (because then it would mirror Fortress becoming Fortress Maximus).. but instead that guy is called Scorponok. Which would work if the transtector form didn't have a separate name (or was called (Adjective)Scorponok instead), but no.

I guess I kinda liked the Pirate Ship episode. I honestly don't know why. Maybe because the clones otherwise didn't get much attention.

Tbh, I wasn't a big fan of HM. I did like masterfirce and victory, but found Headmasters rather boring. There were a lot of good moments sprinkled throughout but just not enough for me.

That said, the dub is so bad it's funny, especially the episode where (SPOILER ALERT) Galvatron dies ("This is Unicorn, the earth will soon be a part of me" and "Comeandhelpmesomebodyquicklyyyy")
