Yeah Nik, I did mean to say TAAO! D'oh :HEADHURTS:

Though I could see both, or neither. Isn't HoS Bumblebee on one of these Revolutionaries covers?

I was hoping that HoS Bumblebee and Shockwave would end up being our Bumblebee and Shockwave sent back in time due to the singularity and this would get revealed in Revolutionaries #5.

Brainstorm opening the briefcase could also make this work. HoS happens due to it and Bee/Shockwave can still exist in this universe due to their other selves being dead. I like it!

Finally got around to reading this. Forgive me if any misspellings happen I am typing one handed because I tweaked my left wrist so I'm doing it all with the right.

I bought this book for Pyra Magna's Origin story and I was very impressed with Bumblebee's as well. I'm not the biggest fan of Bee, but this helped him get over with me quite a bit. I got a case of the feels when Optimus was looking after Bee with what he goes through in the first part of the story. Kind of makes me think about how society treats mental illness and why so many people are scared to come forwards to get help.

Another thing that popped in my head was that it makes sense Soundwave would be the most loyal Decepticon. He's a cassette player (depending on continuity) which doesn't bode well in a functionalist world just like Rewind being a memory stick in MTMTE.

I enjoyed seeing more of a backstory for Pyra as I have been wanting that for months. I hope we get to see more of Dust Up and Jumpstream. No real point in making them a couple if they don't get some adequate screen time. I think they did a good job of giving them a start though.

Now on for a second read while I rest up.

Soundwave's backstory and where his loyalty comes from has been delved into before, in rid issue 22 'soundwaves'. I'd check it out, its good stuff

I think I read this a long time ago as its in the MTMTE series. I think the cassette player loyalty thing is more in my imagination then, it fits for me though.

Now to go brush up on that issue.

RID, not MTMTE!

You're looking for issues 21 and 22 (check database for them, I linked).

Soundwave in IDW is one of Barber's best creations, and leads to a lot of very emotional moments across the whole series (including MTMTE and LL, but also OP right now, with Soundwave's role). Definitely up there with Scott's Starscream.

Ahh that explains that. Sometimes with all these numbers flying around I get a little confused. Thanks Va'al!
