We continue the post-end of the Hasbro universe IDW Publishing comics world, with the newest batch of solicitations for the books to be released in December 2018 - and there is still some new Transformers-related material, if not new comics themselves, in the form of a new chronology/history of the currently ending stories from Chris McFeely and various artists, plus the Go-Bots book by Tom Scioli, the Star Trek crossover mini-series, and another kid-friendly tie-in to the Transformers Bumblebee Movie due out in the same month (and related to the original Graphic Novel already out now). Check it all out below!

I think I'll be picking up that history book, will be interesting to see what he considers the highpoints of IDW and if/how it contrasts with my own.

Now Go-Bots, I'm a bit confused with the depictions as on that variant cover, they've used Cy-Kill's cartoon face (with the normal cover has him looking like his normal Machine Robo self) yet the Leader-1 they have drawn has him in his toy form with the mask that looks like breathing apparatus for pilots.

Happy for Mr. McFeely though, will likely be picking that up. Would have laughed if it'd been called "Continuum 2"

There's an unwritten rule to not take what's on covers too literally as an indication of a comic's contents. It applies doubly so for variant covers ;)^

I see the covers for the Star Trek Cross over and the only ones I want are the RI covers. IT makes me sad because none of the comic stores in like a 50 mile radius actually order enough transformers comics to get the RI covers.

Off to ebay I go.

IDW Historia Cover by Sara Pitre-Durocher Revealed

After the IDW Solicitations earlier included a listing for the IDW Historia book, a book that is set to serve as a history book of sorts for the soon to be ending IDW continuity and is written by Chris McFeely and drawn by a variety of artists, but did not include a cover, IDW artist Sara Pitre-Durocher tweeted a clean version of the cover for Historia! Her cover is a giant splash of all kinds of characters from various points in IDW history, including Springer, Nova and Optimus Prime, A few Megatrons, Overlord, Shockwave, and many more in various bodies from their times spent in the IDW books, all emanating from the Matrix of Leadership. The book itself is due out December 19, right in line with the upcoming Bumblebee movie.

Check out the cover below, and let us know what you think of it in the comments section below!

Pitre-DuRocher has been the most consistently good artist on TF comics since she started drawing them. This cover is AMAZING.

Ha haa! My favourite TF fanfic writer 'Fisitron' (Ironfist) made the cover! He must be very, very important indeed! :APPLAUSE: ;)
