I'm assuming here that these all apply to the cartoon. So...

He's a little ball of sentient electricity with an impish grin, created (apparently accidentally) by Megatron in the episode he is named for. He's able to short out electrical mechanisms by jumping inside them, so Megatron sics him on the Autobots, but he uses their satellites to hop to Japan, where he gets duplicated into tons of little Kremzeeks by a
2.Do Transformers ever remember their old identities after they get "reformatted?"
Generally, yes. Optimus Prime did, Rodimus Prime did, Goldbug did, and Galvatron appeared to. Cyclonus and Scourge didn't give any inkling one way or the other.
3 Who were Cyclonus and Scourge?
Scourge was Thundercracker. As he is created, the animation shows Kickback and Shrapnel becoming two Sweeps. Then, we see Bombshell become Cyclonus, and Skywarp becoming a second Cyclonus, often called "the armada" based on Unicron's line, "Cyclonus, the warrior... and his armada," which is a carryover from the original script, where Cyclonus was supposed to have multiple duplicates. When the angle of the scene changes, however, that second Cyclonus has vanished, never appears again, and an extra Sweep has taken its place. Consequently, the whole animation of the scene comes into question, and whether it was Bombshell or Skywarp who became the one, true, lone Cyclonus is a topic of some debate. There's a symmetrical sense of logic to it being Skywarp, but Bombshell is what the scene shows. You pick.
4.How many times did Screamer get a new body made for him? Did he still have a body in his last appearance or did he lose it?
After being blown up in the movie, he came back as a ghost in "Starscream's Ghost" and possessed a couple of different guys. Unicron recreated his body for him in "Ghost in the Machine," and when we last saw him, he was tumbling through space with the Decepticons firing on him.
5.When was the first Transformer created?
In "Forever is a Long Time Coming," which is set eleven million year ago, it is said that the Transformers (although they're not TRANSFORMERS yet, of course) have been slaves to the Quintessons for a million years. So, about twelve million years ago, then.
6. When did the Decepticons and Autobots start fighting?
Something like eleven million years ago. After the Quintessons are forced from Cybertron (the process of their removal begins in "Forever..."), the Autobots and Decepticons had their first war. The 'cons lost when the Autobots invented the art of transformation, and the Golden Age of Cybertron set in, until the nine-million-years-ago point, when Megatron began the war again, as seen in "War Dawn."
7. How old is Starscream?
Something over nine million years. Per "Fire in the Sky," he was a scientist working with Jetfire shortly before the Decepticons' "final falling out with the Autobots," as Megatron put it - that, presumably, was the re-ignition of the war in "War Dawn," nine million years ago. Beyond that, we don't know.
8. How tall are the Seekers?
This one, I'm not sure on. There's a size chart in the recent IDW book, "The Ark," but the measurements are too small for my feeble eyes to read. Suffice to say, "nowhere near the size that an actual F-15 robot should be" would be pretty accurate.[/url]
