Thanks! I did get him back when the toys were at Mcdonalds, and Starscream funny enough came randomly with one of my Beast hauls

I did really enjoy megatron as a kid, I even had him at an event in the park and flew him around all day. It was so fun.

and now having his Leader toy, it is so good and I love that design

It is a fantastic design, I'm tempted to double dip and get shadow blade megs, though I'm not bothered about his voyager mold, that was such a disappointing toy. I do have fun with his deluxe mind from the battle begins two pack

didn't really have any desire to get any of his other molds, the alt mode just turned me off, especially since the leader is so good.

I too am tempted to doubledip with that shadowblade one, the colors

Yeah, the Cybertron Mode versions of him fail heavily at the altmode. SELECTS Super Megatron is in several ways closer to his Cybertronian altmode from the show than those jokes are.

I hope whoever designed those toys had their cubicle wallpapered with the model sheet for Super Megatron.

It's amazing that while inaccurate still, the deluxe does a better job then the voyager

From my perspective as a collector, Animated is a great line to collect, for the simple fact, it was a relatively small line with very few repaints/variations making it easy to have a complete collection that doesn't take up an entire cabinet of it's own.

That's true, while a couple of repaints came out, did the highway Jazz redeco come out?

Yeah I had one. He was just plain gray.

So trying to be like the 07 movie version then. Probably would have been better in stepper colours.

Arriving the mail today from Canada, my Animated collection is nearing completion! I think that the only ones really left are the 3 Dinobots and Oilslick from a friend, and then eventually hunt down Swindle, Waspinator, and if I get to the point of really spending more money on Animated, Wingblade Prime and Blackout

I've been fiddling around with swoop, when I find a good image hoster, I'll upload a couple of pics, he's very photogenic. Got him posing like a Kamen Rider hero from Japan at the moment, with his wings billowing like a scarf.

I use imgur myself, been serving me really well for the past several years. Just copy from facebook, twitter, etc. and post!

I use DeviantART, have done for ages. Beats the pants off Photobucket. Beats the pants off pre-2010 Photobucket, even.

On the Swoop subject, I look forward to him. he is the one I am getting in the Adventure deco, which while missing the weapon is still a really cool looking deco.

I have the weapon but I rarely pose him with it. I do wish Animated Grimlock got an Adventure recolour to match the others.
