The minions have also noted that some Walmarts are putting some Legacy Deluxe figures on sale for $17 clearance. Keep an eye out for them near YOUR realms, wherever those might be!

Were you intrigued by that Crossover Megatron/HISS Tank figure, but thought it simply cost too much? Well, Amazon has it on sale now with an 11% discount!

https://www.amazon.com/Transformers-Gen ... 117&sr=8-1

I'm still not getting it, just because it looks so ungainly. But hey, if a slightly lower price is enough to spur you to action, then now's your chance!

For the past week it has been $72.99, it went up to about $80 today. Was hoping it would drop more, hopefully it'll drop again. Looks like at the end of November somebody was selling it for as low as $58.

And I forgot to mention, it's Beast Wars Iguanas, not the pretender version...

If you want Iguanus and have a Premium membership this is the way to get him since Walmart brought the price up to $28.

It's a numbers game with Pulse. Most of the time, they sell for the current market/retail price without any 'discounts', unless they slip you a promo/gift code (and it's been a while since they did that!). But premium membership does come with free shipping. If you only order a couple figures a year through Pulse, then a premium membership probably would not be worthwhile, because membership comes with an annual fee. You just need to be sure that you would be ordering enough figures through them to make it worth the price of admission.

You also get early alerts, but those aren't worth much these days. For example, early alerts were given for exclusives like Velocitron Cosmos. But he still sold out within seconds, and only a tiny fraction of 'premium' members could get one. It's been listed as sold out ever since, and they've never re-stocked, which has premium members frustrated along with everybody else. Most folks prefer to live without premium membership and just take their chances in stores to find the figures they want.

If you couldn't wait to start ordering those RotB figures, and were baffled they're not on shelves yet, then check out Hasbro Pulse, because Deluxe Airazor is up for pre-order!

Does this mean yet MORE of the movie figures will be posted soon...?

If you are in the US, I've done the math for you. Premium membership is $50 and stardard shipping from Pulse on most figures is about $7. So if you order more than 7 figures in a year from Pulse, then a Premium membership is worth it.

If you're big on HasLab then it definitely pays for itself, shipping on those isn't cheap.

Oh. What a TEASE. Remember Velocitron Cosmos? Remember how it couldn't be found anywhere, not even on Walmart's website? Even though it was supposed to be a "Walmart exclusive"?

Well - the listing for Velocitron Cosmos has finally wheezed it's tired, weary way onto Walmart's webpage. But there's a catch! So many people have been watching and waiting for this figure, that demand has swamped the web page. It says over 100+ people are 'watching' his listing page at any given moment. And '200+' people have the figure in their carts. That means more people are ordering this figure than the website is able to handle or track.

If you click on the 'buy now' button, it merely cycles and doesn't actually DO anything. If you click "add to cart", it thinks for a moment, then brings up an error window that says "Cannot add to cart". So - you STILL can't buy it. Man, after waiting so long? That's just cruel.

I've got the minions watching, but I predict it will quickly be listed 'out of stock' because demand is so dang high. I hope people aren't buying 20 per person. If so, come on people - I just want ONE, to keep, at normal retail price or close to it. Is that so much to ask? ;).

Anyhoo, here is the link. Hopefully some of you may have better luck!

I've never seen one (Cosmos) either, but if I did, I'd definitely purchase it as trade bait. All I want is a Minerva.

I understand she is just a slight retool of Legacy Elita, and in the long run wont be nearly as valuable as Cosmos, but both are equally nigh impossible to find at the moment. Minerva is out of stock at Pulse.com, and while you can technically search the product on Walgreens.com, it ultimately gives you a "This Product is no longer available" message (even though it never WAS available).

You monster! ;)

The minions were hassling the 'customer support' people at Walmart and they say Cosmos is indeed 'out of stock'. But their website takes 24 hours to update, so instead of showing Cosmos as being out of stock, it's just not letting anything happen when you try to 'buy now', or 'add to cart'. I guess that means at some time very early tomorrow, Cosmos will show as being out of stock on the walmart website, or once again disappear completely.

Though the support people did give the rigamarole about contacting the suppliers, and their 'item stock department' to get more of them, and promised Cosmos would be restocked. But these people frequently make promises they have no power to keep. If what people are saying on these forums is correct, Walmart can't just get more Cosmos figures by themselves. They have to buy a 'case' of figures with all the other Velocitron deluxes in it, just to get ONE copy of Cosmos. And they won't do that, because it would mean stuffing their shelves with more copies of other Velocitron figures like Blurr, which aren't selling at all. So they will never be 'out' of the other Velocitron deluxes to the point that they will buy another case, with or without Cosmos in it.

Bah, curses, boo hiss and fie!

Considering Symths here in the UK got solid cases of the little dude, Walmart could indeed order more of just him. It was them who wanted mixed cases.

Wish they would. The walmart website has had it up all day, and the entire day it's been showing over 250 people looking at the page, and over 200 people having it in their carts. That ought to be a tip-off even to THEM that they seriously underestimated the demand...

I think their website tops out the counter/tracker at 200+, and can't display anything higher. I'm certain the actual number of people hovering at the Walmart page for the Cosmos figure is probably in the thousands. It represents everybody in the entire United States who hasn't been able to buy a copy of this figure (which is pretty much everyone). It also represents all the farming bots set up by the professional scalpers to nab these before honest customers can.
