Just got mine yesterday, I'm shocked at how I got absolutely nothing on when it left the warehouse, about its tracking, or even that it arrived lol.
Still happy to have it though, it's absolutely stunning to have in hand and looks awesome near Victory Saber.
I will admit the box does honestly feel a bit less prestigious compared to Saber's...but, hey, at least the toy itself is cool.

Hopefully that'll be the case for me as well, since I've also gotten no notices about it whatsoever. And Hasbro Pulse still gives its status as "Unfulfilled".

Mine is still listed as "In Progress", I'm guessing some funky business is going on, so hopefully you get yours soon.

I haven't received any notice from Pulse, but due to having a FEDEX login, I know my order is out for delivery, sometime within the next couple of hours.

The more I handle this figure the more I love it, the transformation is surprisingly simple for a guy this size though. Not that I'm complaining one bit, that actually makes it less scary to move stuff around. Guy feels sturdy as hell in hand too, and the ratchets on mine are really tough.

One thing I do find funny is that, and I've probably pointed this out before, they kept mentioning it's very cartoon accurate when it's the opposite
Sure the accessories are pretty 'toon accurate but a majority of the painted and sculpted details are lifted directly from the original toy! I think it makes for a good amalgamation methinks, and I'm glad too because the shiny details really make him look fantastic.

But who cares, the extra micromasters easily make this set a 100/10, pretty cool that the set of the two come with a free Deathsaurus toy. The new sculpts are very welcome.

Weird, I got the shipping notice from FedEx last Friday, but I got the shipping notice from Pulse today. Those two things usually happen almost at the exact same time.

Same, although I feel this is not unusual with Pulse. While I am certainly glad mine arrived yesterday without incident, I was too sick to open and enjoy it. Hopefully today after work Ill be able to open up the Emperor and place him next to his rival Victory Saber!.

Admittedly this is the first time it's happened to me with Pulse, but I am also not surprised - I'd imagine the closer we get to Christmas the more overloaded the systems will be with orders from all over, too! Heh.
Hope you have fun with your Deathy like I did, having him with my big ol' Decepticon army looks killer

K. After fiddling around with him a bit, he is a definate improvement over Starsaber. I haven't seen any QC issues on him so Hasbro definately listened. He is more simplistic compared to his rival, but that is not a bad thing. His transformation requires a few twists and turns but looks great when completed. And yes, he could have easily been a Commander Class but I am glad he wasn't because they definately put some time and effort into doing him right.

Yet, he was never going to be. The original plan for the retail version of Deathsaurus was to make him a Leader class retool of Studio Series 86 Grimlock.

Mine was attempted to deliver, but apparently I got the few fedex clowns who actually require a signature.

I need to figure out how to do a remote signature

Out where I am in the middle of nowhere, we rarely sign for anything for a couple reasons. First, we are really remote with only about 10 people in a square mile. Everyone knows each other. Second, this is a heavily rural trespass-at-your-own-risk area and most of us own firearms so attempting to steal anything is potentially painful. Lastly, my wife orders so much stuff, we are on a first name basis with our mailman, UPs driver, and Fedex driver....

True. Unless you are sick  . I came to the door last year for VS, and my wife coincidentally did on Sunday for Deathsaurus. They asked if we were sick, when we said yes, they stepped back like we had the plague and just asked our permission to sign on out behalf. lol..

But yeah I know some FedEx people just drop off and falsely claim they got a signature, which they can get in trouble for, but it happens at my work often , which causes problems.

Having messed with DS yesterday, Id say it is a resounded success. I didn't have any problems with my VS, but DS seems very solid. Even with the Micromasters, you can tell since they are made just for this release, they are on the whole better, whereas with Holi and Fire, they fall apart when I try to Transform them. Not so with Boater and Pipo, plus the plastic they seem to be made of is an entirely better quality

Not true, depends on your delivery guy.

I have 5 buddies now in my same general area who got their Deathchickens and did not have to sign, just dropped off.

Mine actually didn’t require a signature. It was sitting out front with another box with Christmas presents.

I think the point is, the correct procedure is that signature is required. Whether the individual driver does that, is up to them, they can drop off and scribble a signature on their digital pad and say it was signed by the resident, which is WRONG, but it happens.

Its nice that the packages were waiting there for them when they arrived, but can you imagine how irate they'd be if the packages were stolen and FEDEX is just saying "well, we show you signed for it"....

This just happened at my work, we FedEx a package to a customer with expensive auto parts. The customer lives on a multi-acre property. FEDEX says it was signed for, but it wasn't. After hours of searching, the packaged was tossed in some bushes along the side of the home...
