Oh yeah, it's been said he doesn't have bicep rotation according to the people who obtained him.

Eh, easy pass with BB Movie Shockwave. I've about had my fill of the "half-@rsed H tank" alt modes.

We thank -Kanrabat- for letting us know of a video review which was posted for the yet to be officially revealed Studio Series Bumblebee Movie Shockwave, now in voyager class. You can check it out below. It does go through the articulation, cementing the fact that there are no bicep swivels.

We also have comparison images to the Prime version which this design takes inspiration from, at least for the alt mode, and comparison images with leader class Bumblebee Movie Megatron, which shows that they are almost the same height.

If they had kept the same shade of purple the core class figure has and gave the chest see-through plastic, this would be a slam dunk. As it is, the deco is a deal breaker for me.

I honestly can decide if everyone has tiny heads or if Soundwave's is too big...

I never realized it, but Soundwave is a freaking lawn dart. No matter which direction you toss him into the air, his head weighs so much more it would inevitably land first...

We see it too. We would say both.

Dammit, I was referring to Shockwave. I misread Emerje's post... I thought Soundwave's head was reasonable size. Whereas Shockwave looks like Stewie Griffin with big ears.

I would have thought Arnold from Hey Arnold instead.

Soundwave is by far my least favorite movie figure, and this is one of the reasons right here (though far from being the only one)

Not to ask a stupid question, but the other Shockwave figure used to compare in the review-- what is it from? I've been out of the collecting loop for a while.

With Hatchet’s single Buzzworthy release being cancelled, I really hope we see him get released another way soon! Either the soonest they could fit him in mainline (likely 2025 at this point), or a Dreads 3-pack (with an actual proper Crankcase) would be cool too!

I am really hoping they find an alternate way too. I was looking forward to him, I need more dreads.

Since he's no longer stuck as an exclusive maybe they can revisit the figure as an entirely new mold for mass retail. The cancelation wasn't the figure's fault after all.

A new mold for him and a proper repaint of Berserker into Crankcase would be a pleasant surprise, then I can just use SS Crankcase as a stand-in Dreadbot

Sam Smith's Toy to Screen post on SS Mohawk is live!

In addition to insight on Mohawk's development process, Sam has been discussing things in the comment section, including this question asked by another user:

Speaking of Mohawk, I got mine yesterday and he is excellent! IMO the best core class figure we've had so far. He's super expressive, well articulated, and actually well painted! He's missing some green on the Mohawk but he has a lot of really nice black, gold, and red detailing in addition to the green and white graffiti. Not only does he have the opening mouth, but the detachable head is also hilarious xD

I'm so glad the TLK Decepticons are starting to arrive in Studio Series and I can't wait to see the rest of the team!

Finished up my work on Mohawk! A very fun little mini-project, I wa able to do some modding work as well! I removed the second headlight in alt mode, and added the spray paint cans to his chest in robot mode!
