Bonus points if it's named Buzzbomb.Overcracker wrote:I wonder if Hasbro would be inclined to give us a Fox Kids repaint with the robot head, probably in Selects. I would be all over that.

Heh, Waspinator's got lots of redeco potential.Overcracker wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Bonus points if it's named Buzzbomb.Overcracker wrote:I wonder if Hasbro would be inclined to give us a Fox Kids repaint with the robot head, probably in Selects. I would be all over that.
That's an obscure reference.

Buzz Saw
Buzzbomb
Skywasp
Bug Bite II
SG Waspinator
I mean, we are supposed to be getting 2 of those so far, so it all comes down to how many times they want to repaint the mold (and how many specifically yellow repaints they want).Sabrblade wrote:Heh, Waspinator's got lots of redeco potential.Overcracker wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Bonus points if it's named Buzzbomb.Overcracker wrote:I wonder if Hasbro would be inclined to give us a Fox Kids repaint with the robot head, probably in Selects. Nemesis Primal wrote:Speaking of repaints, the 5-page preview for issue 2 of Wreckers has Leadfoot in it as a Kingdom Mirage repaint/new head retool. Considering how many other toy-accurate designs/character choices it has/allegedly has (Hot Shot, Ricochet, Knock Out, Road Rocket, Minerva, at least one of the Pretenders), I wonder if that'll amount to anything.

The supply chain for our beloved toys is working out just in time for the holliday season, it's a christmas miracle.

It's only "working" because Target, Walmart and Amazon chartered their own fleats of cargo ships so they'd have fresh toy stock for Christmas. Having to go to those extremes means things are still very broken.

The legs don't really "tab" securely into the forearms in beast mode, nor do the forearms stay in place, even with the tiny pegs pushed into the holes of the inner "spine" piece. Is it a tolerance issue with the plastic used? Shadow Panther is great, but I knew I would love it because I already love the mold as Cheetor.

I actually had to go back and put the first Waspinator I grabbed back on the peg when I noticed the waist was untabbed and grabbed the other one. Came home, messed with it, and found out that's a pretty easy point of separation. Why universe hate Waspinator indeed.

Whew, for once I successfully resisted the pull of plastic crack.
