I'm gonna be honest, I didn't want jackpot, I just thought that I had lost out on the jazz mold what with never seeing it in stores, so I ordered one when it was announced, only to find jazz a week or so later, and I have to say that I much prefer his head design to jackpots - which just didn't look right to me, which now we know why. I feel genuinely bad for the people who actually wanted this figure, and can't reconcile the qc issues. This goes far beyond a grievous oversight, to the point where I don't think the head should have even been designed the way that it was.


On an unrelated note, I got my pipes and slammer, and they are a disaster. Pipes has a crack/warp across his chest that makes it so his shoulder can't tab into place, so his arm just hangs by his waist, and every single one of slammers 5mm pegs/holes are so loose that shaking the figure slightly causes him to fall to pieces. Will definitely be looking for slammer in stores to replace him. Pipe's just can't be saved it seems, as it carries over huffers flaw of looking like a scrunched up truck in vehicle mode, for the life of me, I can't tell what's causing this problem, but I think it has something to do with where they placed the cut-outs in his arms to connect to his cab.

I finally got Kingdom Tigatron off of Amazon. I did my random check during the day and found they had a used very good from Amazon's Warehouse for $20.88 so I jumped on it. Got the only one at that price

Just got back from Walgreens. My in-store pickup arrived.

So I just realized the back of jackpots head is the back of a car.

Got my amazon warehouse deals very good used tigatron and as soon as I took him out of the package his head fell off it was chipped and doesn't stay on before I took him out of the package

thankfully I can get his head to say on in robot mode so I will keep him until I can get a new one. He can't transform





now to wait another 3+ months for Amazon to actually get this figure in stock. Thanks though amazon for letting me keep the figure for a stand in.

Yeah, that's definitely not "very good" condition. Often parents will buy stuff like this for their kids, the kids can't figure it out so the parent returns it and it ends up in the Warehouse. I've bought stuff from the Warehouse without issue before, but I would definitely take issue with something being outright broken. Did they give you a refund or are you waiting for it to come in stock so they can send you a replacement?

They gave me a refund and said I can keep it. Just waiting for the refund to come back. I am glad I can get the head to stay on in robot mode since that's how I display them.

They gave me a refund and said I can keep it. Just waiting for the refund to come back. I am glad I can get the head to stay on in robot mode since that's how I display them.

Good, glad that worked out for you (aside from having to wait longer). Just think, now when the other one arrives you can give him a semi-original toy look with two guns.

They will send you a replacement product. Most probably not Tigatron, but hey, you'll get a brand new product for free.

In what way, shape, or form is reporting a damaged toy to the manufacturer for a replacement remotely close to purchasing early factory samples that some underpaid worker snuck off the assembly line? I truly do not see the connection.

Sometimes you may not even have to return it! I reported my SS69 Devastator was missing ONE piece (Scrapmetal's head) and they said they couldn't replace it but they sent me something of "equal value" that wound up being a Throne of Primes and a Gen Selects Rotorstorm.

Be aware, you never quite know what Hasbro will send as a replacement. It will be from a Transformers line, but could be just about anything. Last year my broken Hades Megatron was replace with a Rescue Bots playset.

Tigatron was in stock for $31.49 on amazon but not anymore. So I did manage to secure a replacement
