Imaginarium Art has been producing a number of impressive concept images of upcoming statues they are developing, and that number is expected to grow with the next unique (and probably really sought after choice) that is next! If it's one thing we know is that there are not many options available of owning much related to the Quintessons aside from a few offerings here and there, those loveable Sharkticons like Gnaw, and some stuff coming from the Third Party sector. ImaginariumArt on Facebook has dropped a teaser for something I think we can all appreciate due to the rarity of Quintesson related collectibles when it comes to the wide multiverse of Transformers.
It has been a while since we last mentioned the Transformers sponsored race car from Dawson Racing. By way of Racer.com we have learned that it seems that it will be missing out on Rolex 24 for the 2018 IMSA Season-Opener. This is what Ian Dawson had to say as to why exactly it will be missing:
"We've had a few delays, as often happens with a new team, new car, new infrastructure," said Ian Dawson. "Although we would love to commence the season at the Rolex 24 At Daytona, it is also one of the most grueling races in the world. We decided that rather than rush with a new car not yet tested, new drivers, new team, to try to make the Roar Before the 24 test days at Daytona the first week of January and then the race just over two weeks later, we would delay our race start."
Ian Dawson was further on the record of saying that:
"We would like to do a proper testing program in the U.S. with our new Onroak Ligier Gibson LMP2 in January and February, and go into the 12 Hours of Sebring in March with a solid team structure," Dawson added. "This will also allow us to finalize further details with our core partners and best be able to enter the season in a position of strength."

In any case we wish Dawson Racing team the best of luck in their quest and look forward to more future information and when the Transformers car itself will race!
Kumastyle, a figure review website, got their hands on the new Flame Toys Transformers 01 Drift (Kuro Kara Kuri), a non transforming premium collectable figure.
They have given us both a video review and pictorial review. You can see all the accessories which include eight pairs of hands additional faces and the coolest sword ever:
The part that I found the most cool of all of the accessories is the hilt gimmick on Drift’s larger sword where you push the handle in and the hilt expands while changing the color of the orb in the center (shown in the video portion.)

Overall Score: 9.9/10 – As stated above, I have a very strong bias towards non-transforming homages that focus on look, build, and articulation like this piece does, so take that as you will. However, regardless of your preference on whether or not Transformers toys need to “transform,” there’s no denying that this Drift piece not only delivers but absolutely excels in what it aims to do. Flame Toys not only gave themselves a big, extravagant introduction into the world of Transformers collectibles but gave consumers an amazing piece to close out the year with.

Thanks to fellow Seibertronians Cyberpath and Sabrblade, we have links to both the pack in comic/manga that comes with Transformers Legends LG56 Perceptor and LG57 Octane, as well as a plot summary for the Perceptor comic.
Below you will find links along with some highlighted panels. The Perceptor comic heavily connected to the G1 episode "The Face of the Nijika", and answers how Perceptor became just a head (since in Japanese continuity, the actual robot characters are just the small bots that Transform into heads). It also confirms that this is indeed G1 cassette Ramhorn and we get to see how Ramhorn went from being a cassette to a mini tank.
The Octane comic (yes, he is actually called Octane on the box), shows how Starscream takes over Octane's body in this bit of continuity. The toy comes with an extra clear plastic head representing Starscream's ghost.
TFWiki wrote:Having heard that the Legends World was created by the Zamojin, Perceptor travels to the dimension in search of his old friend, Katsu Don, whom he's lost touch with and worries about. Highbrow looks forward to investigating the dimension's mysteries together with his fellow scientist, though Perceptor's first duty is to fix up Ramhorn, injured in battle to the point where his cassette mode is beyond repair. Perceptor replaces it with a new tank mode, and while Ramhorn hates it, the scientist insists that he made the right choice giving him a more mobile altmode is better. The group is then interrupted by none other than Katsu Don, who says he's here to "take back Nijika" before tearing Perceptor's head off and running off with it. Highbrow and Perceptor's colleague Minerva are ready to make chase, but Ramhorn warns them that the Zamojin are strong and that they should bring some extra firepower in the form of Perceptor's body.
Katsu Don brings Perceptor to the headless new body of Nijika, damaged in a previous battle, and, having recalled that Perceptor's parts are compatible with hers, attaches the panicking scientist's head to it. The process is interrupted by the other Autobots, who have reconfigured Perceptor's body into its rarely seen tank mode, and a combined barrage from both it and Ramhorn distracts Katsu Don long enough for Perceptor to remove his head from Nijika. He returns it to his original body and takes aim at Katsu Don using Ramhorn's third mode, a handheld weapon, and the Zamojin retreats, swearing he will fulfill his dream of creating a full-scale Nijika someday. Admitting that he wasn't actually going to open fire on his old friend, Perceptor hopes that Katsu Don will someday, on a night of falling stars, find the right path again.
After returning to Axalon, Perceptor figures that since his head was already separated, he might as well convert it into a small robot and live a comfortable, human-sized life. Unfortunately, this makes it less comfortable for him to use his microscope mode, as he now has to stand on Minerva's head just to look into the lens.
In the year 2022 of the G1 World, crazed stalker Lunaclub catches up to her beloved Starscream and cuts his head off, and while she's surprised that he survives thanks to his half-ghost form, she doesn't mind since it means she can kiss him all she wants. Starscream cares little for her affection and more about going to the Legends World so he can become a Headmaster and regain his mobility, a plan that catches the interest of Moonheart, who harbors her own feelings for Soundwave and wants to go see him.
Meanwhile in the Legends World, known pervert Tigatron has a found a kindred spirit in the Headmaster Octane, and the two make plans to seek out pretty ladies, hire them to appear in sexy videos, and get rich. The mention of profit attracts Trickdiamond, who offers to be the manager of their budding business, but instead she gets dragged into modeling for their first video. It becomes is a huge success and the three make enough money for Octane to buy a transtector, only for a ride on its jet mode to be interrupted by an attack from Lunaclub and Moonheart, followed by Starscream materializing inside the plane in a ghostly Headmaster form. Intending to destroy Mayor Megatron and become ruler of the Legends World, he takes control of the transtector and crushes Megatron's Tankor Drone guards with its truck mode before transforming into robot mode and grabbing his old leader.
However, Octane has installed a safety device to prevent his body from being stolen and presses a switch on its stomach that causes it to stun and eject Starscream. He reclaims the body, and when Lunaclub and Moonheart take him on, he defeats them both with a flamethrower blast, announcing that he won't let conflict disturb this peaceful world where he can make videos of pretty girls. Moonheart flees to go search for Soundwave while Starscream, true to form, crawls up to Megatron and begs for forgiveness, and is punished with having to appear in one of Octane's videos together with Lunaclub. Trickdiamond is relieved she doesn't have to do it anymore, but the new video doesn't sell at all and they end up using her as a model a second time.
Almost like clockwork, we have some new coded listings for upcoming toys during this year just begun, featuring the likes of the Transformers movie-verse, both for the Movie Masterpiece and Bumblebee: The Movie lines, along with the Studio Series, plus Generations, and Rescue Bots (Academy?).

Signature Ability – Isn’t That Just Prime
Optimus Primal hopes for the best, but always prepares for the worst. Damaging Debuffs have shorter durations and recover health when they expire.
Damaging Debuffs expire 8% faster for each Armor Buff on Optimus Primal. Optimus Primal gains 1~5% of his max Health each time a Bleed on him expires.
Special Attacks:
Special 1 – Law of the Jungle
Optimus Primal launches into the air to bring justice to his foes.
If Optimus Primal has received any Bleeds this fight he will inflict Bleed on the opponent that deals 30~38% of Attack over 4 seconds. The strength of the Bleed increases by 20% for each Bleed inflicted on Optimus Prime this fight.
Special 2 – Beast Warrior
The quickest way to peace, is to end the battle quickly.
50% chance each sword hit to inflict Bleed, Dealing 40~60% of Attack as damage over 5 seconds.
Special 3 – Gorilla Warfare
When it comes to dealing with Predacons, sometimes brutal is best.
Optimus Primal’s rage grants him the maximum amount of Armor Buffs.
100% chance to inflict Attack Down, reducing the opponent’s Attack Rating by -20% for 32 seconds.

Bonecrusher – Bonecrusher will lose the ability to land Critical Hits and the Bleeds he inflicts will soon become an advantage for Optimus Primal’s first Special Attack.
Ironhide – Ironhide’s greatest strength is his ability to deal out incredible Critical Hits. Optimus Primal will render the Demolition king unable to tear anything apart.
Weak Match-ups:
Starscream – Starscream will tear through Optimus Primal’s Armor and inflict Critical Hits while the Ape’s Armor is Broken.
Megatron – Megatron’s Fused Armor Break will block Optimus Primal’s Crit Armor from activating.
Recommended Modules for Optimus Primal:
Security Module – Increasing Optimus Primal’s Armor will make him more survivable and give him more opportunity to use his high attack rating against the opponent.
E.M.I. Module – Optimus Primal’s biggest disadvantage is his reliance on Melee Attacks. This module will help ensure he can thwart ranged opponents like that pesky Starscream.
