With Encore Sixshot, Hexatron and WST, will 2012 be the year of Sixshot? It is looking that way. Added to the
Justitoys Facebook page today were two images of WST Sixshot in gun mode that give a fair sense of scale. You can see a significant amount of die cast metal and the amount of detail that is possible on such a small figure. Check out the pics below or click
here to view to Justitoys Facebook page.

While the flagship store of childhood dreams, FAO Schwarz, celebrates it's 150 years in business, Transformers make a guest appearance. The 5th Avenue New York, NY Fao Schwarz is currently displaying a museum of sorts that honors significant toys from years past. Among them are a few figures we all might recognize. Specifically the 1984 "Generation One" Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Gears and Warpath.
Amongst our beloved 'Bots were other notable toy lines including Mighty Morphing Power Rangers, Hello Kitty, G.I. Joe and the original Ken and Barbie

The wonderfully talented Simon Furman has shared with the world the fate of an unpublished Transformers Beast Wars comic on
Simonfurman.wordpress.com. This series, which was written during the collapse of Dreamwave Publications, was a story that would interweave Beast Wars - The Animated series and the one-shot comic Summer Special. The Transformers Summer Special was produced in the summer of 2004 and featured stories from Generation 1, Energon, Robots in Disguise, and Beast Wars. The latter two were put to a vote by fans, and the winner (Beast Wars) was to be the next Transformers comic series. The Summer Special was to be an annual mini-series, but due to Dreamwave's bankruptcy only one issue was published. The financial troubles of Dreamwave put Furman in a position to salvage a half written story and put his own spin on it.
Simon Furman wrote:I tapped a bunch of characters that had never made it into the show, including a kind of cool bad guy called Magmatron, and set about entwining two story threads, that would serve to pull the core TV show characters back to Earth (and pick up Rattrap’s ‘dream’ from the Summer Special), and kickstart a big new storyline that dealt with all the other Stasis Pod (and their protoforms) that had kind of got left behind on Earth. In the end, the first story arc was mapped out and two issues were written before $&^% really hit the fan and Dreamwave closed its doors. Don (Figueroa) even drew the whole first issue — and it looked great!
So Furman is now hitting the conventions, and shedding light on this lost piece of lore.
All the Cool Stuff is helping to get the stories out to fans who cannot make it to the shows. The list of available,
signed stories is below:
-Signed Script of Transformers: Beast Wars #1
-Signed Script of Transformers #80 (Marvel US)
-Signed Script of Transformers: Age of Wrath #4
-Signed Script of Transformers: Age of Wrath #5
Furman has posted the who and why's of these unpublished stories on his site which can be found by clicking
here.
Don't miss your opportunity to own an unpublished piece of Transformers history signed by the man who was there from the beginning. I would like to also add that these items will be available at the Roll Out, Roll Call Transformers and G.I. Joe convention and Furman will be on hand to sign items... for free. For information on Roll Out, Roll Call, click

Seibertron's inexhaustible camera shifts it's focus to the little known "
My First Transformers". A short lived toy line that originated in 1986. This series was focused on children ages 2 and up long before the Go-Bot or 1-2-3 Transformers lines.
An interesting note is that these toys had their own faction symbol, which resembles a very cute, rounded Autobot symbol but is neither Autobot nor Decepticon. Neither the characters nor the symbol have ever appeared in any fiction.
These three adorable Cybertronians were actually manufactured under the Playskool flag and were named
Dump-Kun,
Jet-Kun, and
Racer-Kun in Japan. Click any image below to view the full gallery!
