Courtesy of a TaoBao auction we have in-package images of Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" Deluxe Wave 2's Bulkhead and Smokescreen. That's right folks, Hasbro is releasing a Deluxe Class Smokescreen! It appears we may even be able to remove his spiky "Beast Hunters" armor for a more traditional looking vehicle, we need to see some in-hand images to know for sure. Bulkhead is also making his debut in the Deluxe Class featuring Roadbuster inspired new paint job. Check out the images mirrored below.
We get a look at Year of the Snake Platinum Edition Optimus Prime in and out of its premium box thanks to AC Toys. We also get to see the premium box for Omega Supreme as posted by Planet Iacon.
As you know by now, Optimus Prime is a G1 repaint of the Energon leader while his drone limbs recieve some nice paint as well. Omega Supreme is retooled from his Energon incarnation with G1 features including claw and head.
Fans of Bot Shots noticed an image of a new Bot Shots set that was revealed earlier in Robotkingdom's newsletter. Not a whole lot is known about this set at this time but the picture reveals the set includes a new Optimus Prime mold, an unknown Decepticon figure, two launchers and a spinning dragon pit. While the package doesn't sport the name Beast Hunters, it is clear that this set is at least Beast Hunters inspired.

We got our first glimpse of this figure last week when a packaging error inadvertently revealed Ripclaw as the latest Predacon in the Transformers Prime "Beast Hunters" toy line. Since the cat's out of the bag the official Transformers facebook page has revealed official images of the figure. Check her out in the images mirrored below. As many have pointed out she bears a striking resemblance to the Ser-Ket character who is currently being featured in the Transformers Prime: Rage of the Dinobots miniseries from IDW Publishing.

It seemed too good to be true and apparently it was. Over the weekend we reported that a listing for Masterpiece Optimus Prime had popped up on Amazon.co.uk for the incredibly low price of £34.99 (about $57.00 USD). We're now receiving reports from Seibertron.com members that their orders are being cancelled due to a pricing error. It appears that the listing was indeed for Masterpiece Optimus Prime, but the price was wrong. Seibertron.com member megatronus has supplied us with the email below from Amazon.co.uk customer service. As you can see they do plan on stocking the figure, but at a higher price.
