Because 20% off is good, but stacking another 10% off is better. That's how I got the seekers for $59 after tax.

Yea that was my initial thought. I think the price is dropping b/c there is a 3P seller offering it for that low price with Prime shipping. When that happens, Amazon will sometimes lower their listing to price match. You should still buy it from the 3P since there is usually no tax on that, with the awesome Amazon guarantee since it's Prime.

After seeing this, I headed out to Target here in Louisiana. Same $9.99 deal here. I got Blur, Hardhead & Scourge for $9.99 each. Thanks for the heads up!

I was at Walmart (near Pittsburgh) this morning, and noticed that Wave 2 Titans returns were both in stock and on sale at $9.88. (I can post a receipt if proof is needed). HTS hasn't had Wave 2 yet, and my Walmart has horrible distribution, but there were a few there. I never saw them before today, and I never saw them at retail price. I picked up all four (WolfWire, Mindwipe, Highbrow, and Chromedome). They will probably be gone in a day. (My walmart has only a 3ft wide area devoted to transformers, and most of them are old, I almost always buy from HTS).

I am curious to see if it is a nationwide sale at Walmart, or just near Pittsburgh where they are on sale. It could be in response to what others have said about Target (I don't live close enough to Target to shop there regularly.) I couldn't find anything on Walmart's website to confirm.

Congrats! I need a walmart near me! The target by me will likely not carry it and TRU won't likely go that low.

We did report that this seems to be a widespread price drop, but I'm glad you found the wave 2 guys! I live about an hour and a half from Pittsburgh and I have yet to find any wave 2 guys of any sort

I just ordered the Leader Class Ultra Magnus on Hasbro Toy Shop the other day. Even with tax, it only cost just under $25.

argh, that winds me up. I could have gotten TC for $8 less with free shipping instead of the $10 I had to use at TFsource, and he would have come in package. Argh, stupid impulse buy

It's odd.....I never once saw Ultra Magnus at retail. His wave was very poorly distributed.

Alpha Trion is in stock as well. Astrotrain is out of stock.

Just pointing out that if I order a PAPER CLIP from HTS, this Canadian will be charged a 30$US base FedEx shipping fee. It increase $ after $ the more you add things. They also charge taxes. All in US$.

Anyway, Wave 1 TR Deluxes are reduced to the same 10$ price tag on amazon US as they are in wal-mart.

odd...CW for all their mold reuse very rarely had price discounts. TR has been on shelves for what? 3-4 months, wave 2 has not hit all localities yet, and with mostly all unique molds, there are massive discounts...

Speaking of CW, Computron fell back down to a flat $72. Next time he does a duck (probs somewhere around black friday/cyber monday hopefully) I'll nab him. Got some other stuff on there as well that I need to buy but I want to do all at once.

I have a question. Is Masterpiece Wheeljack for under $60 a good deal? The catch is that it's from 3P sellers on Amazon without Prime shipping. It looks like most, if not all, of the 3P sellers are based in Japan. The cheapest one is $53.43 with estimated delivery of 12/20-1/18. And since it's not Prime, it's a bit more of a hassle in the event there are issues. If it's Prime, Amazon takes care of you like they sold it. If not, they make you deal with the seller before they step in. What do you guys think? Anything else I should be wary of?

While they make you deal with the seller first, you still have all that amazon service behind it all, making sure it all works out. It reminds me a lot of e-bay. I bought stuff that wasnt using prime and while I did talk with the seller first, when I realized it wasnt going anywhere I called amazon, they stepped in and I got my money back the next day. So you do have that security no matter what.

And Yes MP Wheeljack for under $60 is a good price. Its even better than if you imported it yourself from Japan at their lowest price possible (which would be $60).

Also, unlike other MPs, he is easy to tell if KO'd since by the time he came out, the KO company wrote Takasa Tony on the box for easier idetification.

I wish you all the best in this purhase of what I find to be the best MP figure.

Those are the slowest shipping dates. I've ordered like that before off of Amazon, and it does take that long.

UPDATE: He arrived!! And he's glorious. The way he goes from thin, small truck to large, chunky robot is amazing. And for a cool $22 with shipping, ($15 without) he's even better. Picture time!
