Seibertron.com sponsor Big Bad Toy Store has posted new listings for Hasbro's upcoming Speed Stars Wave 3. Speed Stars, formally known as RPMs, are small, non-transforming cars and vehicles with a robot character on the bottom. Included in this release are:
Cyber Hunt Optimus Prime
Metal Heroes Lockdown
Revealer Bumblebee
Road Attack Bluestreak
Stunticons Barricade
These Speed Stars are expected to be released later this month.
Additionally, they've also posted listings for two new Stealth Force vehicles, Knock Out and High Wire. Both of these are part of the 2011 Series 1 releases and are expected next month.

This is a Sidswipe repaint. It's molded into the bottom and too hard to remove.

I guess I don't pay enough attention to the RPMs. Did they really release a toy of the corvette that looks like THAT?

By the way, does anyone know a website where I can find reasonably priced RPMs single and two packs? I'm trying to buy the whole collection and I can't find Starscream, Barricade, or Jolt in stores. The only RPMs I have now are the ROTF Camaro Bumblebee and Skids .

Yeah, for some reason the Corvette Stingray was the only RPM General Motors car that was unlicensed and genericised. I don't know why but someone else might know. Oddly enough, the RPM Battle Charger Sideswipe was a licensed Corvette.

I think they're getting around the naming issues by adding the extra bits at the beginning of the name-Turbo Tracks, Solar Storm Grapple, Road Attack Bluestreak.

That shouldn't matter if there's an "Autobot-" suffix in use. If that's really the case, then explain the decision of using "Grappel" over "Grapple".DevastaTTor wrote:Sabrblade wrote::shock: BLUESTREAK?!! I thoughy they couldn't use that name anymore.
