BotCon 2011 - Choose the Next Figure Reveal!

seeing as how we already know the entire line-up of this set, the reveals are somewhat pointless... unlike previous years where we kept guessing who might be next... I'd rather know who the other, non-boxset figures will be.

I'm more interested in seeing Dragstrip, to see if it is a Blurr repaint or not.. Wildrider most likely will end up being a Lockdown repaint, but if I'm wrong in either case, I'll be mildly surprised.

I voted DragStrip on the poll, and I vote him here too. I just cannot see any way that they can beat the Limited Edition mairgae rpaint for the guy, and for no other reason than being a 6wheel Indy Car, he's my fav of the Stunticons.

Silly question, but why Wreck-Gar for Motormaster? Seems too extensive of a retooling to be probable. And Ultra Magnus is simply too big (they never pick larger than Ultra).

You're forgetting one thing: the button on his chest that's shaped like the Elite Guard symbol. Try remolding that.

only because to my knowledge Dragstrip has been used for a recent exclusive. Lets change things up.

Since they're saving Motormaster for the final reveal, he'd better be awesome! I'm hoping he's not just another Prime repaint and I'm definitely hoping for a Wreck-Gar repaint/remold. If he is a Prime repaint, I hope he's god a really awesome new head.

I'd love to see them do an Ultra Magnus repaint/remold for him as well, but I don't think we'll be that lucky.

I would totally go for the Ultra Magnus form as Motormastet! They might go with the Voyager mold of Bulkhead though. Bah.

Why not treat it like Armada Wheeljack, and just have a painted 'scar' over the logo? If you need a backstory:

Motormaster was an Autobot soldier, rising even to the status of Elite Guard. However, while his superiors tried to overlook his violent tendencies, when it turned into outright cruelty, they tried to drum him out of the corps and throw him in the brig. Sentinel Prime spoke in his defense, citing his obvious passion for his job... but when released in a probationary period, Motormaster deserted the Autobot cause, abandoning his former allegiance to form his own street gang.

Yes, when can we register for BotCon? I thinking that these two figures are just repaints.

Quite honestly lets face it . if thier going for scale of the team cars.... arcee and blurr are obvious choices....and lock down while bieng a sweet car . is too tall to be dragstip......and if they managed to take those forks off the wreckgar mode it would make a nice motor master............ i actually got into the show and toys . seeing as how they were the first toy line to actually match the bot/vehicle modes in both toy / show models.... gotta give some love for that.

Please god no more Shattered Glass toys and definitely no Evac repainted as Galvatron. Worst repaint idea ever. I'd rather have another Megatron repainted into Galvatron than Evac as Galvatron.
