I have 3 G1s but these seem to fit the classic line better.
I bet they will be expensive. My guess is $89 for a 3 pack.

About the Sharkticon, these little dudes are pretty cool. I have to admit, for fan-made toys, iGear's toys look good, from what I've seen.

This.
Hell, all the Quints are made by 3rd parties. Why not these? Although this does push them into actual KO teretory.
They have a lot of good ideas, but very little finished products.

this will help me to determine if I should get interested in their products..

The work that 3rd party Transformers companies are making.... We've got iGear, FansProject, and TFCToy, and all of their work is just freaking amazing.

Seconded.

I've never had a Sharkticon before, and I'd be interested in these, but I'd prefer more articulation to just a rescale of the original design.

Yeah I'd be interested to know this too

QFT.
I kinda want one, but I'm waiting to see if the stuff I've already preordered gets done first.
Been thinking about picking up a Sharkticon on eBay and making it show accurate myself, but I keep putting it off.
I've a feeling I'll still get done first.

Nothing yet. Oh and I am loving these. No lie. I want a bunch! I seriously hope they get made.

I feel like it's worth nothing that iGear calls this "IG-TF005: Shark Sentry"; we're the ones calling them Sharkticons....
If they can bring these in for about $20 or so a pop (seems reasonable considering the price point on both the Justitoys WST Dinobots and iGear's own Autoscout) I could see myself getting a small horde of them. I've always loved the design, and they'll look great with my Impossible Toys Quints... and I don't really care about the articulation in 'bot mode, since they will almost never leave Lots Of Teeth mode....

If these are available at a decent price then I reckon they'll sell loads of them, definitely a smart move making a figure people would use for army building.

First two I agree with. Last one, it seems stupid with the articulation they are able to put out to release a figure EXACTLY like it's G1 counterpart(but smaller) and not make an attempt at some kind of show accuracy.
I would freakin' jump at a chance to buy an updated design for these things that have decent articulation.

I'm finding it hard to get excited about their stuff anymore (no matter how cool it might look) since it's starting to feel like nothing they show us is ever going to reach the public...
IF this comes out I will definately get it...But I can't see Hasbro being too thrilled about this...They can call it whatever they want but there is NOTHING that differentiates this from an actual Sharkticon...The design is an exact copy of the original (even if it's smaller and even it were to have more articulation or a slightly different transformation, there has been no attempt made to mask what this is)

Yeah cuz they really went crazy with the Dinorobots to make them extensively different.

I never said the Dinorobots were ok either...But I wasn't talking about them...I was talking specifically about iGear...
It's shit like this that's making Habro start to speak up on 3rd party products...Seems like all these companys are doing great, just releasing addons and upgrades to the original toys but then start getting big heads about it because Hasbro hasn't said anything and then they decide to push it a little farther and start copying Hasbros stuff outright...
One of these days Hasbro WILL do something about this and then guess what? No 3rd party products for anyone...
Just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it won't...
