Yes, well repaints, done in gold.
GuyIncognito wrote:I like the combined sword form, but as individual Microns, those suck. The gold one appears to be some sort of axe, but the shape would make it pretty ineffective. The other two... I'm not sure what they're supposed to be. A cone and a rod?
They're described as a javelin, an axe and a lance. Here are the names:
red javelin: Pral (based on Prowl)
grey axe: Sais (based on Seaspray)
blue lance: Jayz (based on Jazz)
The "Battle Shield" is called Cosmotector, which happens to be the Japanese name for the Skyboom Shield.

Please Primus WHY?
These look pretty shoddy really, like something youd find in Poundland or similar store?
I guess someone may enjoy them, for what they are?
Actually they remind me of the stuff you get out of a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg!

Really? Looks like Fat Megatron to me. It's got Megatron's head and shoulder-mounted cannon.

We're not too happy paying $15 for a Hasbro deluxe these days given the quality. It's ludicrous to think of paying in some cases half that for one of these.

These are way better than the capsule ones as well! Those joints kept popping off.
To put it simply, for only 8 bucks a piece I basically cancelled my pre-orders on the capsule toys and went and bought duplicates of the ones I would totally use in uncombined form.
Finding new ways to combine these guys is also part of the fun. I can't wait to see the Arms Microns they will have for the Weaponizer Optimus (2 known, 3 to go!)
If you like putting stuff together or improving on things (Thanks Reprolabels!) This is what you need, total 80's fun!

Arms Master Optimus Prime (as Takara's calling him) comes with Shining R.A. and a Matrix of Leadership accessory. When you combine the two, they form the Matrix Saber.primerez wrote:I can't wait to see the Arms Microns they will have for the Weaponizer Optimus (2 known, 3 to go!)

Yes, but the listings say he'll come with five Microns. The two you mentioned are the ones we already know about.

The Matrix of Leadership is not an Arms Micron. It's just an accessory piece.Sodan-1 wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Arms Master Optimus Prime (as Takara's calling him) comes with Shining R.A. and a Matrix of Leadership accessory. And that listing could have been mistaken.

Could have? I say it was. We have 5 Microns total, but distributed over two Optimus Prime toys:
- O.P. A
- Pral G
- Sais G
- Jayz G
- Shining R.A.
