Elita-1 is a repaint of ROTF Chromia. Seibertron will attempt a combination with ROTF Arcee and ROTF Chromia at a later date. This combination has been rumored, but not officially confirmed by Hasbro. It isn't in any of the instructions that come with any of the figures.
Sidearm Sideswipe is a completely new version of the figure, much like Battle Blade Bumblebee was a new mold. One of the best features of this new figure is the inclusion of stabilizers on his feet. This makes it much easier to get the figure to stand up.
Hailstorm is next and he's a beast. His tank mode is very compact and packs quite a lot of firepower. In robot mode he's got a long reach. His missile launchers are available in both modes, so he's ready to destroy autobots no matter where he is.
Tuner Skids joins his twin Mudflap in getting the "tuner" repaint.
Electrostatic Jolt is a repaint of the ROTF version of the figure. He sports lightning bolts on his sides. The clear plastic used in this version of the figure is lighter in color giving it more of an electric vibe.

Hailstorm is pretty cool looking. I'd imagine he would go great with Brawl and Wreckage.

Love the Sideswipe and Hailstorm and will begrudgingly accept Elita-1. Friggin' repaints.
