Actoys members Arthur_Wen managed to obtain Million Hero Publishing Electro Disruptor Ligier and posted images of the new toy. This is an exclusive toy by Million Hero Publishing, and it can be pre-ordered with or without Transformers Generations 2009 Volume 1. It has been already released in Japan on the 26th August 2009.

It's pretty darn cool! I'm afraid I won't be buying one because of the cost but also because, well, Ligier thinks he's too good for my collection, that upper class snob. The moment I turn my back, he'll just go invisible and escape my display table.
