And everyone else in the house got pissed at me, because when I clicked on the "everything" one, I yelled WTF!

Damn! About when did they play the tv spot that showed mirage? Was it after the other tv spot? I caught the tv spot that basicly didnt have any new footage. After that one turned the channel cause i didnt think they were going to have another spot.

How do you know that this Mirage is based off of G1 Mirage and not energon or the name was just slapped on "that red car over there" so hasbro could keep the rights to the name? I love how people get excited over a character we know nothing about based off of a split second glimpse in a teaser trailer. Mirage looks awesome! I'm wondering why we haven't seen Megatron yet? I'm thinking maybe they haven't settled on the final CGI for him; that was a problem in the two previous movies.

Looks like Mirage is cornering that human - maybe he ends up a Decepticon, or he gets framed for being one ala G1.

Man, I can't friggin WAIT to see the toys for Mirage and Wheeljack.

Wow is it just me or is that final scene where jetpack Optimus Prime VS Driller in mid air is AWESOME !?
I will hold my final thoughts on Mirage after the Movie or the toy for it came out .But for now I think his weapon looks epic
But damn DOTM is getting more exciting by the minute !!

P.S : I dont give a damn even if Mirage is polar opposite to his G1 self ^^

Did'nt hasbro decide to call him leadfoot? after all, the last wrecker, who is also a red sports car is called leadfoot in the cyberverse. Or is this a diffrent character? The only "mirage" toy is the RPM one

Different character. According to the kids book I flipped through he has the power to become invisible.

cant wait until they reboot this.

I can't wait for DOTM to come out. I keep counting down the days to it's release.

I'm really conflicted on weather or not to watch new clips because I want to be able to watch the movie without knowing what will happen next but I will anyway. None the less I know some people are ready to pan this movie like the past ones but to them I say this. It's more than I ever expected to see in my lifetime, it's just unbelievable to see something I have such a childhood attachment too on a big screen battling each other like they have in my room a million times 25 years ago. I don't go into the theathers with high expectations just the idea of knowing something I loves as a child has been transformed (LOL) into something much bigger. Anyway sorry for getting all nostalgic I'm just very excited to see the new film.

well based off the comic that has a connection to the movie, Mirage will have the same cloaking abilities as he did in G1. It would be pretty stupid to have Mirage in the movie without his main ability, and he has the cloaking ability in the upcoming DOTM game. I think he will use that ability to destroy decepticons like an assassin because they wont see him coming.

He never freaking said that it was based off G1 Mirage. Frankly, I doubt he cares. The damn robot looks cool, so he's excited. I'd be excited too if I saw a cool ass looking robot.

Well, probably because in the books and Illistrations and comic he turns invisible, and the stealth force toy is Transparent? not to mention those are cleaerly assassin blades. my only worry is that, since he's a ferrari, Michael Bay might think it funny to give him an italian accent.

Could be, but I'm more inclined to think they're attacking him, or he's just on the defensive. There was a casting call for men to play Iranian soldiers in the film, and the desert-ish setting and the one guy seemingly wearing a turban/head-scarf facing Mirage would seem to support that theory.

When he unsheathes his blades, and he poses, he looks like a preyingmantis (don't know how to spell that)
