Blitzwing, Starscream, Thrust and Soundwave might disagree unless you only meant autobots, which NEST might imply.

For the Bumblebee Movie it was Sector 7. NEST was used first in Revenge of The Fallen and Dark of The Moon. I’m curious what this could be. I wouldn’t be surprised if they take SS Ironhide and give him a NEST-Themed deco.

Yes, I meant autobot

NEST is now a part of the BB toyline, even though it wasnt in the film. Here is the first in this niche subline, and this listing is for another entry similar to this one.

It'll probably be a light gray along the lines of this AOE redeco:-Kanrabat- wrote:If a N.E.S.T. Optimus happen, chances that he'll be awesome! I don't think so. This look like a "Deadtimus", E.T. edition.
No, a N.E.S.T Optimus would be similar to a Bape one with a camo deco.

I don't see anything similar at all about the colors on those two figures. Prime in NEST Bee's colors (or any gray really) would definitely look dead.

Not happening at that price or class name

If you like that one, I also have an equally wild assed guess on the Target Voyager SS86 Ironhide that was leaked. It was mis-named in the computer. It is a red release of SS14 Ironhide under regular studio series that they numbered 86 (basically trolling everyone). Number 86 has not been used, and I've wondered if they would or avoid it and the resulting confusion, or back fill it with an exclusive.

Don't overlook the possibility that the NEST label was slapped on at the last minute for Bee when he was clearly supposed to be a universal studios exclusive, but covid changed plans. If universal is passing again, this could be something planned for them that is shoehorned elsewhere. I still think it may be a grey Blitzwing with a new head for the leaked voyager Breakaway from a while ago, but I wouldn't rule out a con either. Universal's previous exclusive was a battle damaged megs, wasn't it?

That Bumblebee was always a NEST figure, that's how it was guessed (and later confirmed) to be a proposed Universal Studios exclusive. The Universal park ride is based on NEST. If they were going to make a last minute change they would have changed it to Sector7 for the Bumblebee movie.
The last Universal Studios exclusive was DotM Megatron in gray (to look like the big animatronic costume). Battle Damaged Megatron was Target and TRU Canada.

Yes, but the use of "Nest" is why we're all guessing it has something to do with the recent NEST Bumblebee and Universal Studios. Even if it didn't say Bumblebee we'd probably still draw the same conclusion.

I thought SS BB could refer to a studio series figure of a character from the Bumblebee movie.

NEST Bumblebee has a Bee movie logo on the box, Hasbro is flying pretty loose with usages here.
But I'm far from saying this is anything definite, it could be a transforming yellow birds nest for all know. "Nest" could be short for "Nestle" and it's a transforming Crunch bar, we're all just guessing. But for them to suddenly make a movie figure that has Nest in its listing when we've never had a real NEST figure before until Bumblebee, we're just connecting the dots here.

Finally, the NEST figure we all wanted and deserved. I'm glad they bumped this guy up to voyager class, they were really able to do the design justice with that extra budget. Can't wait for the COOP retool!

He's a Voyager in name only, he's actually the size of a Core because of that ridiculous parts count.
I'm glad to see the big bots of the next movie are going to hit Leader class. Can't even begin to imagine how they'll get Primal up to that price point. Extra stuff aside he isn't a figure that traditionally requires a high parts count or complex transformation and what we've seen of the character in other toys and art it doesn't seem like anything has really changed. Maybe whatever the McGuffin they're after gives him a temporary upgrade that can be snapped on.
And we can finally put that false but still perpetuated rumor (started by PvP) about Snarl being a Voyager to rest for good now, right?

Originally, but in one of PvP's videos he baselessly said Snarl was also a Voyager which was then repeated as a legit rumor including on these forums a few times.

Wish the Core class was that shade of pink and not magenta, but it's a good looking figure regardless. Not crazy about the weapon, wish it covered his hand. Also looks like it splits in half for some reason?
It's interesting that they're using the "Apollo" code name again, they last used it for Age of Extinction for Dinobot Slash. I wonder who it could possibly be this time around? As far as we know BW Dinobot isn't in this movie, certainly not Slash.

You know, a reissue of the VW mold would make a whole lot of sense since that figure was previously sold in the Netflix line, whose actual proper name was "Transformers: War For Cybertron Trilogy". It would explain how and why there is a "WFC" in the listing if it's supposed to be a Studio Series release, in that it would be a toy originally first released in the "War For Cybertron Trilogy" toyline and of a character from one of the theatrically-released feature films.Rodimus Prime wrote:So since Goldbug happened, could this WFC Bee be a reissue of the VW mold? I'm guessing Apollo is gonna be that tow truck Battletrap, since I believe he was the only RotB cast member that hasn't appeared with a codename in the RotB stuff we've seen before now?
...WFC Bee could easily be related to the recent WFC and be boring, yeah...but JTPrime speculated when the listing was discovered that maybe the Studio Series WFC Bee is as such because it's based off the High Moon Studios WFC game, and that's probably not likely...but I can't get the thought out of my head now.

I hope if it's Battletrap he has a nice bot mode because I could really go for a new Longarm figure.
You know, it probably wouldn't take much to retool Bee movie Cybertronian Bee into WFC game Bee.
