And, while the Mickey set atop his mech looks determined and serious, the Donald set atop this mech looks happy and cheerful.

Disney Now owns Marvel Entertainment..
So now they Own Spiderman, and all other Marvel signature characters..
Now they are worming their way into the transformers..
They Own ABC tv network...
Before long Disney will rule the U.S.
Then the World!!!
I am going to wake up one morning and have to sport Mouse-ears for fear of being whipped into submission by a Disney employee dressed like Hook from Peter Pan!! God Help us All!!!

Nope, but... you never know they may see exclusive release at Disneyworld/Disneyland.

Look at those colors. It's like they couldn't decide if they wanted his alt mode to be Bumblebee or Herbie so they said, "Screw it! Let's make the top half Herbie and the bottom Bumblebee". And the kibble! My God the kibble! Can the poor guy even move? I guess that's why he's got the skateboard/surfboard. He's like one of those really obese people that are so fat they can't even walk. So they have to drive around in a little scooter. And did anyone notice he's got horns? So he's horny? Poor guy probably "quack-off" with all that kibble. Does he even have hands under there? Oh, Donald.

I know some adamant objectors to these crossover products may find this offensive to say about a Transformer but I find the Disney products cute. Things can be worse for a Transformers toy line...that's all I say.
Posted by TFGnome on September 1st, 2009 @ 10:44am CDT
officially off my want list
EDIT: ...and why the heck does it need a skate board?!, it does nothing for teh transformation at all
Posted by Rated X on September 1st, 2009 @ 10:45am CDT
Really why must they even create such a thing ???

He's supposed to be Bumblebee so of course he has horns. granted his horns look more "cartoon devil" than Bumblebee's but yeah. lol

I still have to drop $60 on this because my girlfriend wants it so bad. Oh well, it'll make her happy so that's cool. It'll just stay in robot mode...

I cannot stand Mickey Mouse, or most of Disney these days.
That being said...
I love Donald Duck, always have.
I love Bumblebee.
This one actually looks cool.
I might just buy this sucker.

Yes, but it's Downtown Disney's "Once Upon A Toy" store that sells the Transformers toys and merchandise.tom brokaw wrote:tigertracks 24 wrote:GuyIncognito wrote:You guys think there's any chance Hasbro will ever make Mickey and Donald for the U.S. market? I'd buy both, but not at import prices.

They own my wife too, and i believe controlling interest in my son as well. Matter of fact, they bought into the kitchen. (The DVD/Blu-Ray collection doesn't even need to be discussed)

How odd. You'd think that Disney Stores would carry TFs since Hasbro makes toys for Disney properties.
I know they carry Power Rangers, but Disney owns 'em.
And unless Hasbro decides to bring Disney Label over to the US, Disney won't be getting their hands on these. Last I checked, Disney had no deals with Takara-Tomy outside of the Japanese market.
Though, it is Disney, I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled something and got HasTak to do backflips to please 'em.

Maybe if Disney can get a Transformers ride of their own and they can use the first few months as a promotion and sell these Transformers Disney crossovers.

Not at all. I mean, I can see how it would seem crazy at first but the skateboard, yes, the skateboard is what makes it all make sense.

Your eyes do not deceive you, unbeliever.
Nay, they tell you truly that that is what you see.
All shall bow before the might that is Bumbleduck.
ALL. SHALL. BOW.

Takara Tomy initially announced the toy will be available on this coming December 2010.
Information from various Japanese online toy stores such as e-hobby, Japan Toys R Us, has confirmed the postponement.

Imagine the new gov't names in the future...
Disney's Democrats and Wal-Mart's Liberals...will McDonald's be the small fry 3rd party?
In Alien Resurection, a guy said Wal-Mart took over Weylan/Yutani Corporation (so it could happen)
The Duck look awesome...but I'm still not sure if I'll get it.

its because Donald is drunk with power and can't wait to throw this in Goofy's face.

Still not digging the colors either, I'm afraid. I was hoping for a full Bumblebee homage in vehicle mode.

Get off the crack Dead Metal! Tomy got to you didn't they? How many hits did they promise you? Someone stop them before they make Porky Pig into a plane and we can no longer say "When Pigs Fly!" Stop them. Stop them now. It won't be safe to walk the streets if Porky is allowed to take off at an airport near you. Oh the humanity!
