RTS Wreck Gar alternate head revealed!

Well we all know Hasbro has two new passions, these are giving repaints new heads and revealing these new heads in the original toy's instructions. Ever since Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar was revealed people have been desperate to know who he'll be redecorated into and what the new head would look like, and thanks to seibertron.com member LOST Cybertronian we now know what the new head looks like.
And no it's not the e-Hobby Scrapheap head, nor is it Arcee, but instead it's another generic Junkion Warrior.

This makes three different Junkions released at roughly the same time, which is more than in almost 25 years since their first appearance in Transformers the Movie! This year really is the year of the Junkions!

Man this is pretty awesome, now I have the urge to get myself the e-hobby Scrapheap, just to have a group of Junkions.

Strange I was sure there was a e-Hobby exclusive Junkion repaint of a G1 toy, but I couldn't find it during my research.

There is: Detritus, a repaint of G1 Hound. He's evidently an 'evil' soldier of fortune Junkion.

Going through the list of Junkions from TFTM, I think he looks most like Junkyard.

Keep in mind that name comes only from The Complete Ark, so it's possible that it could be him, yet named something completely different. Or it could be a completely different character. Who knows?

Looks pretty cool. I do wish it was the eHobby head, but oh well. If the colors aren't vaguely Junkion-ish then I'll probably pass.

It's definitely Junkyard, without a doubt. He and Scrapheap were the only non-Wreck-Gar Junkions to be given both full Robot and Vehicle Mode character art models (the rest just received Robot Mode models only).

It's only natural that these two would be the ones to get this special treatment.

I was thinking this the other day, why don't they give the U-Hound mold an airing and give us RTS-Detritus, that is money I'd drop.

Liking this one tho' and kind of glad I was wrong about Arcee. that said, there are a few of these "not" versions now, how many have actually come to pass?

Awesome, that's pretty much exactly the head I was hoping for. I was a bit disappointed when I saw Takara's Scrap Heap head, but this has made me happy once more.

So I'll be getting three RtS Wreck-Gars to keep in alt mode, one United Wreck-Gar, one Hasbro Scraphead, and the Takara three pack version. With the latter three riding the first three. (get our mind out of the gutter). Maybe sort ambitious third party company will make a set of alternate Junkion heads to further build the army.

Score one for Hasbro. I'm glad they are making another Junkion for Wreck-Gar to command. Makes me want Scrap-heap that much more.

Codswallop! I passed on the e-hobby pre-order because I thought Hasbro would just get the same one! CURSES!!!

Oh and on the subject of Wreck Gar, I don't really think I'll need the United version, since the only thing I don't like about the RTS version is that it doesn't have gray nipples, and I can rectify that in about half an hour, depending on the weather.

What about the Junkion in Marvel UK 146 that lured Cyclonus, scourge and Death's Head to Unicron?

Never been a fan of Junkions but I may just change my mind. I don't suppose they can ride each other like in the film. Be cool and possibly good business sense because fans would buy 2 of each.

I like the new head, but I'd prefer a much more varied and random mold before considering making a Junkion army. Just doesn't make sense for them all to be so uniform. Very pleased it's not Arcee though.

The bike is as common an alt mode for her as her G1 car and the slim nature of the figure would fit with Arcee. Elitia one could be made as a repaint and they could ride each other just like Wreckgar and the other Junkions.....

I wouldn't want Arcee to be a remolded Wreck Gar. She deserves her own mold. The body is a litle too male for that.

Anyhow, I'm glad the Autobot eHobby set is finally worth getting. I was so sure that they'd make that version over here as well ...

I'd prefer her to get her own mold too but with igear and impossible toys already having imitated her G1 robot and alt mode exactly I think the bike is a much more realistic option (from the molds they've done so far) for HasTak if they are going to give her a figure.

I think this is great - kudos to Hasbro for giving us a different head.

But.................. presumably most of us will have Wreck-Gar riding this other junkion since he's the 'famous' one. Therefore is doesn't really matter what head he has!

It will be interesting to see what paint scheme he gets though.

I agree. As asymmetrical as this mold is, having a supposed army of Junkions that look exactly the same sans same head is rather boring. Then again, I can't expect that much from Hasbro. I'll just take the Wreck-Gar and be done with it.
