Autobase Aichi brings us some news of Takara EZ Collection Real Transformers. These are based on ROTF molds and there are Real color and Metallic color versions (total of 12) of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Autobot Springer, Jetfire and Megatron. They are set for release July 2011 and are blind packed six per box. Retail price is 3150 yen.

A little bit of a possible translation error: if we follow the diagram, it's the Autobots that will get the Real Color, and the Decepticons that will get the Metallic Color. Also, note how Jetfire is designated a Decepticon.

There are about 2 letters more than what I would have used in that description but otherwise, yeah he really does.
I can't understand why they are going to all the effort of re-re-re making figures that were released 2 years ago and that nobody gave a rats-*** about the first time to begin with. All that plastic just going to waste.

Got the ROTF versions of these a year or so ago, and they just look worse to me in these schemes. Pass.
