OMG SOUNDAVE. That is some Engrish, but basically, they've revealed that he can hold 3 tapes! Awesome!
Red Alert looks nice but I'm not getting him.

I am assuming someone went through the trouble of translating that for us. If so, i am grateful for the effort.
If that is an official release from Japan I am impressed considering most of us can't even master English, let alone only mildly butcher some other language.
Am I correct that Soundwave holds 1 MP cassette and 3 G1 cassettes? Or does it hold 3 MP cassettes?

They revealed that he could hold 3 tapes back when they showed off the proto at that toy show wherever it was. Still, nice to see the confirmation that feature is still included. also: Sound, Dave!

It's google translate on takara tomy's website. Nothing special.

I won't. Well, i could see if someone wouldn't want them all displayed. It sort of defeats the gimmick of them turning into cassettes and storing in his chest if you don't use it. It's fun to show that feature off too people when they first see it. Adds playability in my opinion.
I'll probably fill the chest full of G1 cassettes and leave Laserbeak out. I've got a lot of G1 cassettes.

With Optimus Prime... I am currently done with PRIME. Arcee will most likely be my only Arms Micron piece, as she has rightfully earned her spot within my collection. But this piece is very interesting, even though it has a slight variation to Iron Man's color scheme.
"Masterpiece" Soundwave... He is a different case. I had gotten the original as a birthday gift when I was a kid. To this day, I still think he is one of the best toys out there. So much that I wish I could have gotten his "Encore" version in 2007. And he is the reason why I ended up getting "Encore" Soundblaster. So when it comes to him, lets just say that my heart yearns for this piece... And it hurts that it will not have that yearning be answered. (In other words, he has my highest recommendation - TIED with Grimlock!)
And finally "Masterpiece" Alert. For the longest time, I was disputing him. I felt that having a "Security Officer" within my collection would be fun. But now... I think the fact it is promoting Lamborghini has me thinking I will not get him. However, I do recommend him to fans of Generation 1 and car enthusiasts. And for those here... If you have Lambor, get him. That way if they make the others, or not, you'd have a nice set-up going on (either way).

Red Alert looks good. Even better than Sideswipe. But I'm still holding out. If they us a G2 Sideswipe or an Armada Wheeljack (or both!) I'll get him. Until then, I'm good.
