Our own Shinobi Rendar has sent us an email with some interesting information. Ra88 of Don Murphy's Message Board has posted test footage of the two Transformers Movie spots that have been playing on T.V. lately. Now the interesting thing that is news worthy is the test footage show about a half second more of Bumblebee in robot mode. Check it out for yourself by clicking here.

Was there a diffrence? And why are there two links to the same trailer? And primes mouth is near his chin. That pic is wrong. Just watched the trailer in slow motion and you can see his mouth is clearly closer to his chin than nose.

Anyone else get the feeling that posting over on Murphy's board equates with volunteering at a Penitentiary?

I will admit, though, that I thought Primes Mouth was the chin strap, glad to see I was wrong on that.

Edit: Oops, guess I was right. Damn. Hey Meg's, you have the talking trailer? Can you repost it on youtube?

The difference was you could see Bumblebee's hands and crotch just before it fades to black.

And the picture with the red outline is in fact a correct representation of Prime's facial features, and particularly his jaw (just watched the trailer in slow motion, for whatever credibility that gives me).

Here's a little thing to try. The typical human face has the bottom of the nose placed halfway between the center of the eyes and the bottom of the chin, and the mouth is halfway between the bottom of the nose and the chin. So draw a line from Prime's eyes to his chin, mark the halfway point, then mark the halfway point between that point. When I tried it, Prime's mouth was actually too high, but it doesn't appear that way because of the odd shape of his nose (where is the "bottom" exactly as related to a human nose?).

Also, there's a link named 208034-37.wmv, but the file it's linked to is the same as the file named 208034-36.wmv. You can see it just by holding your cursor over it.

I'm looking at the images with the Yellow and Red outlines and I'm agreeing with Megatron_Wolf.

The yellow outline shows the mouth to be in a different part of the head than the red outline. I saw the bottom of the jaw to be somewhat affixed to that chin part or chin guard or whatever.

Despite your reasoning Booda, I still think we should consider these faces to be slightly different from human faces. I'm looking at prime's nose and the way it's marked out in yellow doesen't seem to match up properly IMO.

Looks like he has a real chin. I can live with that.

the yellow and red outlines are totaly off. it is correct to say that his moth is not at the bottom of his chin. his chin extends down farther then his helemt sides do, but it is very darkly shadowd, and thus hard to see.

the mouthitself is at the very end of the helmet side bits. this is true, but look below that, turn your brightness way up if you have to, and you can see his chin and jaw moveing underneath.

Really, what is the difference. Both look to be the final versions. No Prime head, no Prime voice. WTF?
