Can't be too much; unless it reveals Barricade's fate.

I don't think so,I heard from an interview with Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman his disapperance is a thread for TF2. Also heard a deleted scene that didn't make the cut is that Sam & Mikela break into their school with the Autobots.

The movie was real enjoyable(at least to me) and a two minute extension, is quite possible and probably two more minutes of enjoyment.
So instead of "sounds intresting" or "hey lets see what we get". All I ever read about (the very rare) bonus we get is, "It better not be...", "Oh God, my raped childhood", and all the other pointless negativity that still won't keep you from shelling out $14 to go see this, enjoy it, and still register your complaints because even though it was good, you got a bad parking space, so Michael Bay must be shot!
Obviously this doesn't go out to all of you. But to those who will take it to heart, all I can say is see it before registering your complaints. I doubt they'd put effort into re-editing this film just to ad one more fart joke.
Should you want to complain about this as too, well, I can't say that I'd be suprized about that either. Go ahead, enjoy your misery, I doubt I'll care!
What I will do though, is go look into local IMAX theaters, think of a girl to invite, and plan a good time.

IMAX is a big-a$$ movie screen, usually 5-6 stories tall. With megawatts of sound blasting at ya from behind the image and all over the theater. We're talking a positively MONSTROUSLY big visual and audio presentation.
The actual IMAX film is pretty huge. It used to only be used for epic documentary films but over the past few years as they've progressively been able to increase the amount of film that can be run during a presentation, it's been used to show a lot of full-length features. Sometimes they're shown with parts of it in really awesome 3-D (some of Superman Returns last year and the final battle in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix was done this way).
It's definitely worth checking out if there's an IMAX theater relatively close by (heck I drove 5 hours to see The Matrix Reloaded on an IMAX screen a few years ago and am glad that I did )

Indeed.
Thanks for making it though, I completely agree with you. Makes me wonder if everyone on the internet is really this cynical about everything, or if they just use the internet as an outlet.

Nah, I'm pretty cynical in general. My whole gripe is what's the big deal about 2 minutes. Usually with that amount of time being so short, you're not gonna get a whole lot.

Seriously tho, 2 minutes is a bit of a kop out if you ask me. Why tease everyone with the promise of extra footage only to reveal a measily 2 minutes? Bay is the master of empty hype.

I know, thats why I made the disclamer in my inital statment.
But I'm sorry I can't help but sit back and wonder why fans are always so negeative about every little thing?
Granted, there are some things that should be bitched about, but when anything and everything is just being torn down, I can't help but wonder...
This of course is simply my opinion about the reactions to the statments about what I concider good news and in no way an attack on anyone. If you feel offeneded by my oppinion, I refer you to the last half of your statment with all due apologies.
I don't think I'm only person who feels this way though. Take a look, heres why I decided to revisit this thread in the first place and re-enforce my initial comment after reading the comments listed prior...

The highway scene with Bonecrusher lasted less than that I think and it was still awesome.
I think most of the stuff they cut out was mostly human interaction anyway. Even more than half the novel is mostly centered around them with even less character development for the Transformers. And really, who wants that?

I liked the actors in this film, but I will agree, TFs in general realy need to shy a way from the fleshling germs and focus more on all that robot goodness.
That was one of my favorite things about the Beast era. Outside of some sporatic cavemen, all bots, and no talk of feelings(except Blackarachnia and SilverBolt), and teamwork!

It does tend to cost more than regular theaters. At the IMAX theater in Raleigh NC where we saw Harry Potter a few weeks ago, it was like 11 bucks a ticket, I think.

and for the 2 min I'm guessing it will be scattered through out the movie unless there was one scene that just had to be put into it for imax, but i doubt it. And as for bonecrusher he was on screen for 2 min 15 sec from appearance to decapitation.
