Can't really make anything out. But from what looks like an upward curve in the torso, I'm going to guess Ripclaw. Again, I can't really make anything out.

How many times has that happened in this show? I can only think of twice (Megs/Team Prime vs. Unicron, Optimus/Dreadwing vs. Starscream).njb902 wrote:I hope this doesn't turn out somehow to be a bot and con team up episode, cause I'm sick of those.

We only had like two (or is it three) of those. Breakdown in "Operation: Breakdown" and Megatron in the "One Shall Rise" three-parter.
EDIT: Sabrblade confirmed there's a third one: Dreadwing and Optimus in "Triangulation" (in which Starscream rode on his little scooter )

I'm a big fan of them I think one of the better battle scenes in the series is when Optimus and Megatron were fighting the anti-bodies back to back

Ditto. That or something with a more beastly tone.

As much as I love Peter Mensa, he could've gravelled up his voice a bit. He really does sound a little too smart.

It's a little too high for my tastes, but it's very sophisticated and erudite. Undoubtedly to show off that he's always been much, much smarter than Screamer gave him credit for.
This ep's gonna be strong, I can tell.

If he's like a genius mastermind, that'd make him the epitome of brain and brawn combined.
In other words, a non-crazy evil Rhinox.

In other words, he completely avoided both the stereotypical and the cliche by going with something more original and unique. A vicious monster who is secretly a calm-minded mastermind.SlyTF1 wrote:He sounds too... intelligent...

Anybody else think the Predacons will just want to be left alone and won't really care for ether Decepticons or Autobots?

Dead Metal wrote:Anybody else think the Predacons will just want to be left alone and won't really care for ether Decepticons or Autobots?
If this were in real life I would say yes, but because that would make the whole name change irrelevant to actually hunting the beasts I'm going to say no for the show.

Good observation. I didn't really see that.

I dunno... the Predacons' toy bios indicate smashing and terminating Autobots, and Japan's Go! line's plot is capturing Predacons.

I agree with both of you.
I thought his voice would not only be deeper, but also older.
The figure was the cause of this perception. He just looked aged to me.
Not that it's a problem though!
Predaking does sound heroic.... but I get a vibe that there is some good in him.
From that snippet at least. He could go on how much he wants to decimate all of the Autobots in existence after that for all we know.
It would be interesting if there was a side change with Predaking at the last moments of the show. I remember seeing a preview of the other Predacons in the series a while ago when Beast Hunters was airing.
They seemed a lot more viscous than Predaking. Which could be a reasoning behind changing sides. But hey they can sound intelligent after they transform like him.
I can't wait to see what's going to happen!

"Lulz" at Ultra Magnus's "Throw these beasts back to the Rust Age!"
..but never piss off Predaking, it seems.
Some of the battle scenes feel... rushed. As in they're very fast.
So does that mean Ultra Magnus is going to have a hook in place of his smashed hand?
So Synthetic Energon, combined with the CNA of the Predacons, makes the Cybertronian equivalent of primeval fauna? Fascinating!
Wonderful episode, wonderful! Can't wait for next week's!
