My 3 year old will love these. My 6 year old, who plays with Generations, Combiner Wars, and Titans Return characters, will not.

Oh you mean- *aimed at by multiple firearms* nevermind.

And yeah, that does look evil.. SG Windblade anyone?

SG windbladr already exists she doesn't where the battle mask at all rather she has an color that is an homage to a certain anime character....

Seibertronian RAR has provided us with more reviews today, this time in the form of a pair of repaints along with a new legion class figure: Blurr! Warrior Alpine Strike Drift is a repaint of the warrior class figure in an homage to the IDW character of the same name. Skywarp is a repaint of the Warrior Starscream mold, looking very nice in his black and purple. And rounding out the crew is legion class Blurr, an all new mold and a potential piece of a Robots in Disguise/Rescue Bots toy crossover.

You can check out the reviews below, and let us know what you think in the comments section below!

I just realised I don't know if Bisk is a 2017 Legion wave 1 or Legion wave 2 repack since he was skipped in the UK in the previous packaging style I hope he will get released in the new packaging either in wave 1 or 2 of Combiner Force Legions.

Maybe by the time he comes out I can actually find a Legion Ratchet that has two legs painted the same and not one thickly painted and one thinly painted - I've not seen such a common paint error since the Hasbro Asia Conehead 3 pack version of Thrust who had the same problem on his lift fans (I have two and they are both like that - but at least I can swap them now).

It would be great if they wrap Warrior Ratchet & Bisk back into a later wave too since both of those seem to have been skipped to - I remain a bit scared they might forget to do that though since Jazz was not reissued at all so far - where as Grimlock and Strongarm you can't escape from them.

Part of the new Combiner Force sub-line for Transformers: Robots in Disguise toys, the new class of Activators is appearing back in our plastic lives - many were first seen here - and thanks to fellow Seibertronian Bounti76, we have the first second US sighting in Centerville, Utah, and its Walmart store. As you can see pictured below, Strongarm and Trickout were available, and we're told the Bumblebee two-pack also was, as we reported a couple of weeks back- happy hunting!

That I do not know. I haven't seen them personally.

I will say though that after watching the reviews, Blurr is a stunner. Stormshot has some impressive paint. the Blastwave/Bludgeon remolding looks awesome. And Soundwave still looks cool but a bit finniky

When I found it, I compared it to RID Windblade and TR Chromedome on the pegs next to her. She's slightly smaller than the deluxe figures.

After the US sighting back here, we also have a UK sighting of the recent Transformers: Robots in Disguise Combiner Force figures, including Blastwave, Alpine Strike Drift, Stormshot and a deluxe Starscream! They were priced at £18 (~21 USD) at Sainsbury's in Mowbray, and spotted by fellow Seibertronian Collectotron - if you see any yourself make sure to flag it up in our Sightings database too!

That price for those RID toys isnt that bad compared to what I heard from some UK fans. Its pretty standard all things considered, with them being $19.99 USD in the US as MSRP. THE RID toys are $20 MSRP in Canada too.

Seibertronian chuckdawg1999 has provided us with 2 of his latest reviews for Robots in Disguise figures, this time in the form of Activator Combiners Strongarm with Trickout and Bumblebee with Stuntwing! These figures operate using Dark of the Moon era Stealth Force, with the vehicle mode exploding into battle mode, just this time the gimmick is minicon activated. These figures have also started to show up at retail as well. Check out Chuck's reviews below!

This set is an interesting package. Drawing upon elements once found in MASK, Strongarm is a simplified transformer that springs up into a monster truck type vehicle. Trickout, Strongarms companion, is a fun little truck that serves its purpose. Most collectors will pass on this set, but kids will love it and it makes a fun desk toy.

Bumblebee and Stuntwing make a nice little pair in the Combiner Force sub-line of RID. Bumblebee's transformation is less involved than Strongarm's although, the activated vehicle mode isn't as fun. Stuntwing is a fun little minicon and makes a great blaster.

If anyone has chance (perhaps in a tru) I'd be interested to see a side by side photo or at least a report to find out of the new Warrior Starscream is a simple re-pack or a slight repaint.

Also I just realised how peculiar it is that if they can repack previous exclusives that they don't make something like a new Megatronus release (of the one with the battle mask face) same colour as before or not.

---

Oh and I got the Combiner Force Bumblebee One Step Changer he's not unlike the green slash packet One Step-Prime really transformations wise - his arms raise but his head doesn't move. and he almost totally lacks for paint.
Also the clip on wheels stick a lot too.

I'll see if I can find the Optimus too.

I ended up having to get Warrior Ratchet off eBay. Took some hunting but I got him for a little over retail price.

Does anyone know if/when we are getting more RiD eps?

I've been looking for listings for them. When I checked yesterday, there were still no new episodes in the 2 week future, so we're looking at at least February

I'm going to wait and see what happens at Toyfair before getting to worried about the lack of Ratchet and Bisk Warrior Class - fortunately it's likely (possibly even confirmed) that Legion Bisk is to be repacked in a later wave so I won't hopefully miss out on him.

It would be nice if Hasbro put in that little extra effort or made a gift set of something so they can do things like the other blue and sandy deco characters they've missed and maybe if they are really feeling generous make a new chest for Legion Bisk so he can be turned into a little Thermidor.

I'm a little concerned that the line might end before the chance of a Bisk and Ratchet Warrior Repack is even raised.
If I see no listings of future wave packing show them then I will jump on an ebay or Amazon listing or see if any of the online retailers have any left same with scatter spike - even if I would have liked her more with a new head the pair is a pair worth completing.

I really wish Hasbro would show some imagination with their flanker sub-brands though it's so tedious to get (insert sub-title here) Bumblebee or Sideswipe so much. there are some of these gimics that would be nice with a Decepticon.

I would have appreciated it if they'd done what they did with CrazyBolt (still can't find him) and Overload and put random Decepticons in their sublines. Especially that digger one. Groundpounder/Groundshaker ground-whatever he's called would benefit from a bigger toy.

Activators Springload would likely work too.
I'd like more of the RID Decepticons if for no other reason than that they are NEW CHARACTERS !!!
----

Out of curiosity which Decepticon do you folks think really seem to be a noticeable lack so far ?

Easy trick. Buy it and store it in the basement. Then when they see you with it later one, just say yo've had it for a year or whatever and its not a new purchase ;)^

It seems Robots in Disguise may be getting some stunticons. TFW2005 user Strarf has found a tag on a Walmart peg for Crash Combiners with the names Dragstrip and Wildbreak. This set, and even these characters, have not been revealed yet, so this is the first time they are mentioned for this line. The price tage shows the standard Crash Combiner set price of $ 14.97 USD. So do you guys think it will be new molds, or just redecos of existing sets? And do you hope that means we see thse baddies in the upcoming Robots in Disguise season? Let us know!

So Hasbro found a more proper replacement name for Wildrider aka Brake-Neck? Cool.

"Crash" and the price seems to indicate the Crash Combiner assortment, but it's too soon to tell if they're redecos. The specific name on the tag point to exclusives, which are usually redecos, but it's possible they're from molds we have not seen yet.

Drag Star and Wildbreaker would make good names too (if you miss-read the sign) Sainsbury's in the UK also reduced their Minicons to £5.00 but that is higher still than what they have been elsewhere - I wish The Entertainer would sort their stock out as they had an online listing for later Minicons and then they pulled it - but the stock was in the damn stores.

Very confusing I'm keen to get some Weapon Minicons as they are a lot more long-term useful than the more generic kinds are.

Not necessarily, those flags or whatever they're called, the ones that indicate Rollbacks, new products and such, tend to have different labels than the pegs. They're almost always taken from a single item in a product line, but reflect the entire product line, while the regular yellow price tags are for the entire line. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure the yellow tags come from corporate while the flag type ones are grabbed off the computer and someone just happened to snag one that wasn't released yet.

Or I could be wrong, I don't know, I've never worked retail a day in my life. Just observations from a few decades of price checking at Walmart.

Of all cons, The stunticons make the most sense as crash combiners.

That said, I don't think we'll get a full 5 bot combiner. We'll probably just make due with the crash combining and stealth force activator thingys
