If the answer to the question above is "Yes", would you settle for half of him?
It appears that what's left of one of the Saleen Mustang props that was featured as the Decepticon Barricade in the first live-action Transformers film has been put up for sale on
CraigsList. The seller posted the following description:
This Front half of a Saleen Mustang was built for the movie Transformers and was actually used in the movie. It was in the scene in the junk yard where barricade is chasing Sam, then Sam jumps on the hood. The front headlight is removed for where the eye comes out and thats why there is the pole behind the steering wheel, it controlled the movement of the camera. Make an offer. This is very rare and would be perfect for a car collector or a collector of movie memorabilia.
So if you've ever longed to have half of an authentic Transformers movie prop hanging behind your bar or wanted to create the ultimate headboard in your bedroom, this is definitely the movie prop for you!

Half a car? Really? They're really going to try to sell
half a car? What a waste of cash. It'd be a better idea to just buy a full Saleen and just customize it as best as you can. Or just blow it all on TF figures. I'd go with the latter.

It would be pretty cool to have as a piece of memorabilia but id honestly just customize a real mustang and drive around in that.
If it included a full size model of frenzy though, id reconsider.

I can't be the only one to think that would be exceedingly awesome, can I? I wonder how much it'll go for.

More useful too, most of those double as an extra storage space.

As badass as it would be to have half of Barricade theres no way i could get it. First off i live in a 1 bedroom apartment and secondly i doubt the seller would give it up for a $25 gift card to gamestop and $15 cash since thats all i have. Poor Barricade though, being chopped up and sold for parts. Thats not a good way to go.

You know, hypothetically, a person who already owns a black mustang could make an offer for just the fenders of this deconstructed prop. Swap them out with the fenders on your car and suddenly your car has authentic movie decals. Not a full reproduction Barricade, but drive around in one of those and the cops might hassle you.
I have a feeling this guy wants to recoup a monetary loss, so he might go for it.
Wonder if the tires are good?

Some correct me, but I don't think this was ever a whole Saleen, just something we only sa from a few angles and hencforth didn;t know it was half a kit of a car.
