So he's... a thing.

What's he trying to do, pretending to be a cable antenna? Fueling his vocabulary by picking up signals by being Sky Reign's RC-remote signal?
They call me “Tanker Chungus”!

Doing that right now, he definitely doesn't work out with that, the back cavity isn't even shaped correctly.

Sky Reign has a Junkion in his trunkion.

Bad sign, I was right about something.

Maybe he was included with Sky Reign to give him a leg that looked like a green and orange motorcycle?

Unfortunately swindle/hound probably doesn't have clearance to stuff wreck-gar into :BANG_HEAD:

It's not the clearance that's an issue, but the lack of a ridge to have Groove hang on. However, if you flip the hood down on Hound (which can't be done on Rook), you can peg his arms into Hound's shoulders. Then you have a motorcycle just hanging out clipped on at the knee.

You kinda can with Rook. Remind me late tomorrow morning and I'll post an image on how you can get Groove to hang out on Rook's combiner knee-pad.

Yeah, I know. That's what I referenced. It's very loose on Rook because Groove's hands grab a ledge under Rook's hood, rather than being turned around and pegged into Rook's shoulders without creating more problems between Rook's hood and Groove's legs.

Now, if you know of a way to put Rook's hood down like Hound's, I would be impressed. Rook/Swindle has long been my favorite mold of the line, but that would increase my esteem.

I thought he just clipped on as a backpack when the tail was in the lowered position. Though it seems possible that the tail could be use folded back up as a means to secure him as could that hatch on the back - that might be a key element too.

It would be rather nice if someone like Doctor Wu made a kit that added a gun to Groove or Wreck Gar that he can both hold and also turn them into a rifle mode.

I still think that is one of the uglisest lil transformers ever in my opinion. Poor Wreck-Gar deserves so much better and his RTS/Classics/Generations/whatever figure was pretty damn great. Hell, even his blocky G1 figure is leagues ahead of this. Just seems like a waste of plastic and, considering these things are usually about £10 in stores for such a tiny figure (£10 used to get you a brand new Deluxe), a waste of money.
I have anxiety, depression and aspergers syndrome so my behaviour can be erratic. I don't mean offense to anyone. Just very picky about my Transformers collecting. You're all cool! :)

Likes: Bayverse, Marvel UK G1, Geoff Senior art, '86 movie (more for style/soundtrack rather than Star Wars plot)
Dislikes: Bumblebee movie (lousy rehashed dumb crud), TFA, G1 cartoon, IDW G1, BW/BM, MP. The entire concept of Autobot Megatron

To peg weapons onto him, or peg him onto larger bots. It adds some play value. That's the best I've got.

Forgive my ignorance. But I just have to ask... For the Legends class figures that have purposefully been designed as a chest piece, or weapon for a combiner... would they not come with the instructions on how to transform to this mode?

I do not own any (yet), but I was just curious.

1.-How was Wreck-Gar shown to combine with Sky Reign when he was first featured last year?
2.-Is it just that the fans cannot figure out the connection, or that the instructions (if any) do not make sense? *

*On a side note I noticed this with Onslaught. When you transform him to make the Bruticus Head & Chest the last step tells you to fold the shoulders down. But in Bruticus mode he always has his shoulders up...odd.

1. Wreck-Gar was not featured to interact with Sky Reign when he was first featured. He was just standing next to it.

2. The instructions dont show anything.

3. The instructions in Onslaught have a mistake.

Brilliant! The only way the mold was making it onto my classics/generations display. Maybe reprolabels will come out with a Rung sticker set for him.

We do not know how Wreck-Gar is supposed to combine with Sky Reign, we only have Hasbro's word that he is even supposed to.

The instructions for the legends toys that combine show how to configure them with their combiners, while the ones that don't simply have the reverse transformation instructions.

^Perfect. So then... I assume since on the packaging for Legends Wreck-Gar (pictured above) states he combines with Sky Reign, then said instructions on the inside would show how? Yes?

If not, then this would be a first for Hasbro, advertising a designed combination on the package, but then not providing instructions for said combination on the instruction sheet. I mean... I know he is not officially out yet, but since a few people seem to have him already, can we not get a scan of his instruction sheet?

Well, there are people who have done video reviews of the wreck-gar figure and have stated that the instructions contain nothing for any possible combination :HEADHURTS:

This, combined with the lack of obvious integration ports on sky awesome, leads me to believe that hasbro screwed up.

Interesting...The only youtube video review I found for Legends Wreck-Gar was chefatron, and not to be mean, but, well, lets just say, they aren't for me. But I know the guy tries, and I see he's quite popular...

That being said, can someone point me to perhaps any other video reviews?
