Frilled Lizards do belong to the Sub-Order Iguania, along with Iguanas and Chameleons

You missed the entire conversation above your post.-Kanrabat- wrote:Rtron wrote:Are there any iguana iguana transformers? What about chameleons?
There is. Look up Beast Wars. Look at Iguanus from Beast Wars:

No chameleon yet.
The Fuzor Sky Shadow is half iguana, I don't know of any pure iguanas or chameleons though.Rtron wrote:Are there any iguana iguana transformers? What about chameleons?

In an attempt to bring this back to the original reason iguanas even came up in the first place, one of the leakers not only says that the Core Class Iguanus is for certain one of the 2 rumored Pretender homages in Core Class, but confirms that by "homage" they mean Hasbro is giving them the Bludgeon treatment of shell-design-based bot mode and inner-bot vehicle mode, which is exactly what I personally was hoping for. A big purple lizard man that turns into a motorcycle sounds awesome, I'm really hoping they do Octopunch now.
Nemesis Primal wrote:More new listings:
-Core Class Skywarp ($9.99)
-Core Class Shockwave ($9.99)
-Core Class Shockwave ($8.49)
-Core Class Iguanus ($9.99)
-Deluxe Class Energon Monster ($22.99)
So there's a Legacy AND an SS Core Shockwave, and a Core Iguanus
Also Deluxe Wild Rider and Voyager "Jhaxus" (Jhiaxus).william-james88 wrote:The listings keep piling on and these come from JT Prime17. Fellow Seibertronian Nemesis Primal reported these to us. It seems there will be two core class Shockwaves, one in each mainline that has collectors in mind (Legacy and Studio Series).Nemesis Primal wrote:More new listings:

From the rumours we hear, the core class Iguanus figure would be an homage to the Pretender figure and not the Beast Wars character. for those unfamiliar with that design, we have a link to the gallery below.
The Energon Monster would be the gimmick for the next line, replacing Fossilisers and Weaponisers.

Specifically, it's the the shell as the robot mode and the inner figure's motorcycle mode as the vehicle.william-james88 wrote:From the rumours we hear, the core class Iguanus figure would be an homage to the Pretender figure and not the Beast Wars character.
Could just be a reissue of that one, like Soundwave.Razorbeast88 wrote:Excited for Elita 1 since I didn't want the one from wfc trilogy

JtPrime said it was a redeco of a figure with sirens. Whether that's Prowl, Minerva, or Red Alert, he didn't elaborate on IIRC.Sabrblade wrote:Could just be a reissue of that one, like Soundwave.Razorbeast88 wrote:Excited for Elita 1 since I didn't want the one from wfc trilogy

EvasionModeBumblebee wrote:SS core Shockwave is really interesting. I was sure it was going to be for 86, but if there's a legacy one too then the SS one probably isn't G1 styled. . .
What if it's a core class DOTM Shockwave that will scale with an upcoming Driller?

MaximalNui wrote:But then, what would the Driller transform into?
Exactly, Target appears to retail it's SS products for lower based on the listings that did specify line. If it helps to break it down more specifically:Nuclearxpotato wrote:william-james88 wrote:These listings are a bit all over the place. If they're slightly lower than the normal price ($8 for Core), they're Studio Series.
