With tidings of good cheer we also bring you news, couresty of fellow Seibertron user, Nemesis Primal, that a couple of new Studio Series toy reviews have been uploaded to YouTube! The first comes to us via YouTuber TonTon Reviews. The review is one that has been long awaited, and that is a video review of Jet Power Optimus Prime, the combined form of soon to be released #32 2007 Optimus Prime and #35 Revenge of the Fallen Jetfire. This combination is seen at the end of the Revenge of the Fallen movie as Jetfire gives his spark up so that Optimus can use his parts to power up to battle the Fallen.
TonTon Reviews - Jet Power Optimus Prime
For this second and third reviews, we turn to non-English speaking Kevin Liu, who provides his own review of Jet Power Optimus Prime, but of more interest is his review of #34 Dark of the Moon Megatron! His toy is leader Class and comes with an Igor minifigure. Whereas his old Voyager class toy had a moulded cowl to hide his damaged parts, this one uses a fabric one instead.

Thanks to fellow Seibertron user, EvasionModeBumblebee, we've learned that YouTuber Kevin Liu has put out a new video as an add on to his Jet Power Optimus Prime review, showing that the left over piece of Jetfire's torso can be turned into a big cannon for Prime to wield. Another day, another big update from Flame Toys! This time they've revealed on Twitter our first look at the previously unannounced (but totally expected) pair of Skywarp (or "Skywrap" as the name tag says) and Thundercracker! They'll be joining the Furai Model line in the near future and appear to be recolored from the Starscream kit, but hopefully include some extras to give them their own identities. It's still early so we don't have a release time frame just yet.
Also included in the update is a new photo of Furai Model IDW Megatron. We now know that he'll include an extra part for swapping faction symbols and even more surprising, an alternate head! Whichever way you choose to align him he's shaping up to be an impressive looking kit.
You'll also find an extra photo of the entire (thus far) Furai Model lineup which gives us a better idea of the Studio Trigger designed Devastator's size compared to the rest. Not quite as massive as we may have been lead to believe, but still a great looking kit. No further info on Windblade and G1 Optimus Prime just yet.
Moving to the Kuro Kara Kuri line of non-transforming action figures we're greeted with another look at the recently announced stealth Megatron, The Fallen, and Optimus Prime. We also get a look at the entirety of Prime's arsenal which appears to feature a pair of axes based on the one wielded by another Optimus Prime in Transformers Animated of all things. And to round things out we're treated to another look at Victory Leo and the complete Victory Saber. Still not colored, but you have to believe that's coming soon!

There is a lot going on in the Transformers Studio Series line. So much that it calls for a quick fire round up. Here is all you need to get up to speed on what's new.
The latest wave of deluxes and voyagers (scheduled for a January 2019 release) have been found. Not in the US yet, but we have reports of them in Taiwan. The wave includes WWII Bumblebee, DOTM Sideswipe, Bonecrusher and the new Optimus Prime that can combine with leader Jetfire.
Regarding that new Prime, we have images showing how it compares to the previous Optimus Prime released in the line and it is far from just having slightly different tooling and colours. It actually looks to have a totally different transformation for the torso, especially in terms of where a lot of kibble ends up in the back. The pictures were posted on the TFND Facebook page (along with the sighting above).
We also have our first in hand images of Rampage, a voyager coming later next year. He is movie accurate in the best and worst ways possible as you will see. Please remember that it does seem like the threads can become whips and there may have been some sacrificing to have a combining movie Devastator. The pictures were found on Instagram.
Also we have three new reviews from PrimevsPrime showing us the upcoming deluxe Barricade, WWII Bee and Sideswipe.
We have a trio of Flame Toys news to share with you today!
Up first, we will share with you the first colored shot of their upcoming Furai model kit Devastator figure! This is a non transforming model kit similar to Gundam kits, and the kits have proven to be a really fun build so far. Devastator towers over the other kits, and is designed in a similar aesthetic to Attack mode Optimus Prime and Starscream. His concept artist was Akira Amemiya, whom we previously shared the concept art from.
Next up, the Furai model kit Bumblebee, which follows in those Prime and Starscream footsteps, is now fully revealed and has his pre-orders up! You can find his pre-order over at D4Toys, and other domestic online retailers will probably place pre-orders of their up within the next few weeks, as was done with the prior kits. Check out all his official images below!
And finally, the big action figure Star Saber, part of the larger set of Kuro Kara Kuri figures, is now also up for pre-order! This figure follows the prior Drift and Tarn figures, complete with many interchangeable parts, lights, and extremely posable. This Star Saber is designed after his IDW Version 1 counterpart, and will be able to combine with the upcoming Victory Leo figure to form Victory Saber. The D4toys pre-order can be found HERE, and domestic online pre-orders are probably to follow.
Thanks to sponsor sites such as Big Bad Toy Store and TFSource, we have Hasbro stock photos of the Siege: War for Cybertron Trilogy Wave 2 figures! This included Battle Masters Aimless and Pteraxadon, Micromasters Red Heat, Stakeout, Ravage, and Laserbeak, Deluxe Class Ironhide, Chromia, Six-Gun, and Prowl, and finally, Voyager Class Starscream and Soundwave. These stock photos nicely show these upcoming toys for next year! Big Bad Toy Store also has the names of all the weapons included, and accessories.

Thanks to a couple of eBay listings, we've got our first look at the box for the forthcoming release of the toy accurate version of MP-36. The first listing is from eBay user SuperBBToysUs while the second is from eBay user day366. MP-36+ also comes with an exclusive collectors coin but from the pictures, it looks like it may just be the same one as sold with the regular MP-36.
It can be pointed out that the designers at Takara Tomy have done their best to invoke the original box art of Megatron with the way the Masterpiece is posed on the front of the package.

The siege continues, fellow Seibertronians! Courtesy of In Demand Toys, we have for you a set of pictures of the Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy - SIEGE Wave 2 Deluxes and Battle Masters in package! The second wave of Deluxes consists of Ironhide, Prowl, Chromia, and Sixgun. The second wave of Battle Masters will give us Aimless, the traditional Targetmaster partner to Misfire, and introduce the new Autobot-allied Pteraxadon, the Pterodactyl axe! Clever, Hasbro! Enjoy the pics below!
As we can see, Ironhide is fully painted, with a nice rich, red paint finish and properly colored forearms, unlike the sample seen recently at Tokyo Comic Con 2018. While most people know it's important to reiterate that the brand unification for Transformers toys between Hasbro and Takara also includes Masterpiece releases. No more waiting years for a Hasbro release, you will get the same toy the same year. And now we know that by "same toy" they really mean it. Takara has been adding voice clips to their Masterpiece figures recently and we were unsure what that would mean for the Hasbro releases of these toys. For instance with MP-44, while buying it at EB-Games Canada for $600 CAD might seem daunting, the fact that it may have English voice clips instead might have swayed some fans. Imagine Peter Cullen voice clips on a Masterpiece Prime.
However, Hasbro PR did confirm with us that the upcoming MP release will not differ in any way across markets. The toy you can now preorder at EB Games (and Entertainment Earth) is the same as the one offered in Japan by Takara, Japanese voice clips and all.
While speaking of MP-44, we have some more news for you. These are images of the production prototype of this toy, where we can see the different plastic used. We do see some die cast on his crest. These were posted by Takara on Twitter.
