PRODUCTS/MEDIA: Masters Of The Universe 2002 NOT going to have mini-comics with their products but Transformers 2002 will???? Thanks to DreamWave and their relationship so far with Hasbro, the 2002 Transformers figures are "reported" to have a mini-comic with their packaging (much like the original and reissue Masters Of The Universe figures) and the larger figures will come packaged with trading cards, similar to that of the Japanese Transformers figures. NEWS/RUMORS/PRODUCTS: According to Professor Smooth, Scourge comes out this month as a full size Ultra RID figure. As for the Spychanger version of Scourge, let's just say he fits nicely into most places Spychangers could fit. Most notably a certain window in a certain 2 foot tall city Transformer. Might Fortress Maximus (Brave Maximus in Car Robots) be released here in the states as early as April 2002?

For Transformers statue fans, rumor has it that Hard Hero plans bi-monthly busts of Ironhide, Soundwave, Hotrod, Starscream, Grimlock, Prowl, and Arcee (possibly a full figure).

NEWS/PRODUCTS: Bigbadtoystore.com reports that Sixshot will be the next figure released after Rodimus Prime. This is the latest figure to be re-issued by Takara. A Pre-order has just been put up for $64.99. Sixshot will be released in March.

Zac_Shipley reports at transfandom.com that he e-mailed marzdistribution.com for clarification of their distribution list regarding Transformers:Armada. He soon received a response from marzdistribution.com:

"We received this information directly from Hasbro themselves. As far as they are concerned, they are producing these figures and they are not rumors any longer. The figures should be out before the actual release of the new TV series, but that is still up in the air as we speak. We usually get information on all Hasbro products very quickly so if I hear anything else, I will shoot you out an email."
