Amazon Japan has put up their listings for the newly revealed Masterpiece figures. Fans have placed in order already and with shipping, Super Ginrai comes to just shy of $300 USD shipped. Prices may come down further over time. Other Japanese retailers have these for order too, like Ami Ami.
The listings give us some new images, showing off all accessories each release comes with. The Super version comes with an alternate face to give Optimus red eyes instead of blue, along with a small figure of Ginrai in his exo-suit, and some really cool effects parts.
Below you will see official images of the upcoming MPG-09 Super Ginrai. This is a cartoon-accurate version of the upcoming trailer-less Masterpiece MP-60 Ginrai. This MPG version includes the trailer and can combine with it to form Super Ginrai. The images we have include the robot mode, cab mode, cab and trailer mode and the Super Ginrai combiner mode.

We have a new review for you for the upcoming Legacy United Deluxe Sideburn Transformers toy. This is a straight redeco of Cyberverse Shadowstriker with a new head. At least that's what it looks like, if you spot more retooling, let us know. This toy is scheduled for a mid summer release as part of United wave 3, along with a repack of Strongarm, a third Infernac deluxe and Cybertron Hot Shot.
This week on the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast, host Scotty P is joined by Megatronus, Kuhlio, Aaarnhide19, Mr. Starscream and our onsite correspondent Epic Voice Guy to discuss the "surprising" WonderCon reveals! MP Ginrais, turtle power and a healthy dose of Energon also await in a jam-packed episode.
Episode #347 “Swooped In” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
Here's what we discuss in this episode:
Swoop in as the Epic Voice Guy attended WonderCon and answers all of our burning questions on Swoop and Shockwave.
Hide your red sports car! Sideburn images have surfaced- not surprising anyone on the dais.
Vector Prime opens the Space Bridge bringing us back to WonderCon to speculate on how the upcoming figures will turn out.
Masterpiece Ginrai pictures inspire debate on if this MP will be standard or MPG-reat.
Toy-talk concludes with the cast debating what color bandana is right for the new TMNT crossover (and why it's orange)
In 40 for 40 we review 2004.
Finally, bragging rights finishes up this episode.

We thank EvasionModeBumblebee for letting us know that JTPrime17 has jotted down the wave breakdown of the 2025 Studio Series line.
We knew these were coming, but now we see around when they should be coming out and what the wavemates are. For instance, we see that Hatchet will be in wave 1, and we see when we are getting rereleases of 86 Grimlock, TF7 Prime, 86 Perceptor and 86 Jazz.
The second wave of Transformers Legacy United had a planned stocking date of April 1st and so fans are indeed already finding these "newly revealed" toys on retail shelves. In the US, the wave 2 voyagers were found at Target. We have an image from fellow Seibertronian TF-fan kev777 below. That wave includes Cybertron Starscream and Silverbolt.
The same voyagers were also found at Canadian Gamestops.
Speaking of Gamestop, US Gamestops are currently starting to stock the wave 2 Legacy United deluxes. Those include Chromia, Gears and Shard (with an Animated Bumblebee repack). The Autobot 5 pack with that now mythical earth mode Hound was also found at US Gamestops, while it was found at Toysrus stores in Canada.
We have some reviews of all toys mentioned, below.
As usual Jtprime17 has found us some new listings for figures with no context to explain them, in this case it's "Swapticon". The prevailing theory is that they're some sort of modular figures that can swap parts among each other, perhaps a spiritual successor to the long defunct Hero Mashers line from 2014. Another theory is that these are similar to the Beast Combiners figures from the Rise of the Beasts movie line since all appear to be two packs. But what's getting the most attention isn't the mystery concept but the lineup and includes Clench packed with Nemesis Prime.
With nothing else to really say about this line here's the listings that have been uncovered.

We're still a few days away from the official reveal of MP-60 Ginrai and MPG-09 Super Ginrai on April 10, but a new batch of solicitation images have surfaced. Coming via HK retailer HobbyLand (via TFW2005) the new images are not just clearer but also include more looks at the figures and the accessories they both come with. Of note is replacement red eye lenses for Super Ginrai to give him toy accurate eyes, as well as some additional effect parts. Pre-orders will likely open the same day as the full reveal and both will be released in December. Apparently, thanks to some counting system, MP-60 is actually the 100th MP release and the instruction will include a book to commemorate the milestone (that's the blue box in the bottom corner of the last image).
Do the new pictures change your feelings for these figures? Do you plan on buying one, both or neither? Let us know in the Seibertron Energon Pub Forums!
