"This is it, the finale to the meeting between the robots with more than meets the eye and Earth's Mightiest Heroes! Last issue saw Iron Man shake things up in a giant way, and now all the players–the Avengers, the Autobots and the Decepticons–come together as two nations stand on the brink of nuclear Armageddon! What roll will Dr. Doom play in this final chapter? It's comics' most popular super team, the FF's #1 villain, and the world-famous robots all in one frenzied finale!"

Not a single cover or teaser has even slightly peaked my interest.

Read the first post. It's not out until November. Solitation means the information that goes out to the industry so comic shops know what's coming out and can place their orders accordingly.

LAME.
I don't have much hope for the rest of the series.

Agreed. Typical inane crossover plot, terrible art, bots showing up in their G1 configs when they should be in the EJ Su stylee and compared to what IDW spoil us with the paper quality from Marvel is unbelievably poor. It ain't great. Only reason I'm picking up the full series is that it's supposedly in continuity with the main IDW series. Of course that means that the Furmanverse is populated by superheroes, hum. The only rational I can think of is that Chris Ryall's trying to use this to get hold of the rights to Circuit Breaker or the Neo Knights but I don't think even that holds water. Crossover books really, really, really should be out of continuity titles unless it's a crossover between books that are already set in the same universe. Apparently there's another TF crossover book planned for next year, with whom not announced as yet and that's going to be in continuity as well. I suppose that we can always hope that Ryall changes his mind about 'official' IDWverse status on these and retcons them out at some point, but with the next Spotlight after Prime being on the new character introduced in issue 2 of this travesty I really don't see that happening.
